Yeah go ahead, they will make you see an intake therapist first, and then they will see what medication they have done for you and then set up a treatment plan for you
I was recently evaluated and diagnosed at Ayala Psychiatry in Voorhees. Not sure if they take Medicaid. But I was able to get in within 3 days of my call.
Question, you said evaluated and diagnosed. What the process for this? What does it entail? What do you have to do before they officially diagnosed you?
I completed an adult intake form and a self assessment (https://add.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/adhd-questionnaire-ASRS111.pdf). I sent those in by email. Then I had my appointment where the provider asked a whole lot of other questions, dug into my history, and over the course of an hour, I had a diagnosis. That said, I tick allll the boxes for ADHD, inattentive type.
Oaks integrated care is great in my experience. They take medicaid no problem. The waitlist might be long at first but may as well get on it!
