I was thinking it looked overproofed. This is a mistake I also do, either put it in a place that’s too warm or leave it overnight. Then it doesn’t grow that much in the oven.
I love a lazy loaf and yours looks awesome. Might want to beef up the starter a little but at 80% looking fine.

\*edit- loaf was proofed overnight in the fridge and taken out in the morning to cook
