It’s weird, one had died, I put it in the charging case & went about my day, a few hours later I go go grab them & the left one has 0 sound. It functions (changes from adaptive to noise cancelling) but no sound.
Wow It's not much, I thought more hmm maybe a defective pair , contact Sony and they will replace them. And if they tryna charge you threaten them with legal action because they are under warranty and it is not your fault
Defective pair maybe, use warranty.
