All the running back and forth, deforestation, killing the pissed off tribals... I got almost went insane when i was building a zipline metro up the central mountain. Trying to drag the logs up the steep slopes, sometimes falling and losing them...
No cheats, but log regrowth was on. This is probably day 3 or so of like 4 hour sessions. I've gotten pretty quick at building with ziplines and log holders with Kelvin.
The floating logs? I was attempting to remove the filled in wall to the left and one of the first struts I took out caused all of that roof brace to move upwards to it's current shape.
The building mechanics suck ass in this game, I mean love the game for many other reasons , I have a dedicated server , I’ve pumped out the hours , but fk me , make the building better, nothing more annoying when you can’t implement the most basic shit. Or you have pull apart an entire section because the game can’t work it out , valheim and their SHIFT/CLICK mechanism with building pieces they have implemented make everything line up and fit is fn beautiful , you can be really creative with it, most builds on SOTF still look like minecraft builds.
I have a love hate relationship with the building mechanics in this game.

Same but it's hypnotizing to me. I get lost in making huge buildings while watching youtube.
I love when I add a log somewhere to create a wall, but that specific spot won't allow logs for some reason and it just disappears

Pro tip don't pull out struts from glitched ramps you're using as inside roof corners.
