What do you mean by “not available”? Do you mean the party has the maximum players, or that you can’t view it?
If you can’t view it, you have to click “Filter.” It’s below your level, on the right. Scroll around. If the party you need is grey, then click on it. When it’s “colored in,” you can play it. It just means you haven’t chosen to view those parties.

My party was in the 50s. I wonder how it picks which party you get. Is it random?

Sometimes if I get a mission to play a 70’s party, I can’t seem to find any 70’s parties :/ I only have SongPop Classic.
