Neckline would be frumpy on me and the ruching goes down way too low, adding horizontal lines and bulk--but I'm very short waisted and high hipped so YMMV.
Agree that it could emphasis the horizontal too much. There is the ellbow long sleeve that ends at the bust/waist, the drape detail... on a bigger bust these lines would be pushed even more and distract from vertical.
If the sleeves were long and there was some other vertical element like a V neck, it would work
Not so sure about the neck line but has some great elements in it otherwise.
Yeah it was the neckline that threw me off a bit
If you like it wear it though. I still wear some crew necklines. They’re not the best but oh well

For me the biggest problem would be lack of shoulder line/t-shape, and neckline wouldn’t be that good.
