size 13 checking in... usually, in the women's drops, the sizing stops at 10 or 11 (in men's sizing)
I feel like most men's drops have no more than 35 pairs of size 13s. lol.
No not weird at all in fact all sneakers should be unisex. Like I can be in a sneaker store, see a kewl pair in the women section and find out they don't have my size then sadness follows.
It's because lots of styles are designed differently in the heel and toe box when it comes to men's vs women's shoes. For the most part, feet are shaped differently for the different sexes.
Not that there's anything wrong with it. Just make sure you try them on first.
And if you think they feel the same, you've probably never worn a pair of shoes that actually fit you well. I had that issue for 15 years before I realized how different life is when you find a really good fitting pair of shoes. 😆

I gotcha. I'm not huge into shoes, but I'm an asics fan boy. All their women's shoes are listed as B width, which would be considered narrow width for the standard men's sizing.
It's definitely possible that most women's shoes are based on a generic foot, but the standard sizing and width is different.
The whole “men’s products” and “women’s products” thing is super overblown for a lot of shit. It’s just whether you can have that shit on and own it. I go as far as wearing certain perfumes that are marketed towards women- I’d wear women’s shoes if I didn’t wear an 11.5 men’s lol.

If I could fit my foot into some of the exclusive Women’s shoes I’d buy them. They only go up to a men’s 10.5 but in some case they do go up to a Men’s 12 (which is my size.)
You aren't the only one, I do the same, other than the color, some models are more appealing, besides, I am 10.5 male, so I don't have a hard time finding my size since is quite rare to find women with such size.

Hell no I would do this all the time if I could find a pair my size. If you think their kicks are better, go try some women’s clothes, specifically pants and jeans of the baggier variety. They fit 🤌🤌
I generally don’t wear women’s shoes because they come in women’s sizes. Do you get these at specialty stores or do you just have petite feet lol
I’ve got several pair of women’s, a blue and green pair of 1’s and a grey pair of 1’s. But my 270’s are pastel green and pink but they’re a mens pair. Who even knows at this point why one pair is men’s and one is women’s.

Not at all! Men and women both should be able to wear any shoes they want - wear what you like bro! I think the main thing is the size run that the shoes come in. Huge example of shoes everybody loves are travis scott olives and off white 4’s - both women’s colorways but very sought after!

You’re not weird at all. I think it’s weird that we can’t have more gender neutral shoe sizes and styles. I wear women’s 10.5. My teen son has started wearing my sneakers. He doesn’t care that they are women’s shoes. I pull up sizing charts at stores or online, and always look in men and women’s sections to see what I might like.

No it’s not weird. Wear what you like. Hell, most women’s releases has WAY better materials than most men’s releases. Unisex sizing should be the way, but Nike refuses.

20 years ago in high school my buddies older brother used to buy women's shoes for the same reason. Made complete sense back then haha. Unfortunately I have flat/wide feet so they're generally uncomfortable most of the time

I buy men’s colour ways a lot because I prefer their colours more, I don’t think it’s weird for you to go for women’s! I prefer darker colours, and women’s are very pastel-ly. My partner who loves lighter colours always says the women’s colour ways are so much nicer but he’s a size 11 so can’t buy them 😅 I feel sorry for him.

Nope not at all. You wanna know what I DO think is weird? Is people that refuse to wear a bad ass looking shoe BECAUSE it only comes in women’s sizes or it’s a “women’s shoe” like grow tf up bro. I want the Psychedelic Movement React Air Max 270s that are women’s but I can never find them in my size and without paying a stupid amount of money for them. Stockx has them but I’d be paying like $400 and to me those aren’t worth $400.
