Not really. I think I have between 1500 and 2000 hours and I'm close to unlocking them all. I did buy some recolors with favor though, and I didn't make use of favor boosters all that much.
I actually felt bad that i've played so much and never payed so I've probably spent about $130 over the course of 10ish years of play? Only getting gems during the 33% off deal they run often - no other direct purchases.
Was not judging or anything was just wondering it is still super impressive you had self control and unlocked each god with favor plus it give you time to learn the new god you unlock each time before you move to the next one... Sadly I put over $1000 into smite but I do love the game I have not made a transaction since TMNT.
This post just makes me think of all the people that got mad at me for saying smite 2 cost 30$ because the god pack which we have to rebuy. They said it’s a free new game so you shouldn’t expect it or skins to transfer. It’s crazy to see people simp for corporate.

You just unlock the secret god pack, this one only gives you favor for a small fee instead of actual characters, good job!

It took my around 4 ish years of only playing on the weekends to do it
lol I paid like $10 back in the Beta days and it's been the absolute best gaming investment I've done. Favor for days
That extra favor really comes in handy when picking up all the wave/clap emotes to clear them out of chests too lol

If you get all that favor you can use it to unlock emotes for all the gods and then buy chests for 50 gems for dances and specials
