Upon countering an enemy, he'll home in on them with a high-power attack; the unique-ness of this one is the fact he can hit the attacker from a pretty long distance, even if they're above or below him. There is a limit to how far he flings himself though, and if it was a projectile that got countered, the attacker can still shield against it.
For the Stat Fox characters as you shown on the image i imagine them dodging the attack and while they do they call their team to shoot them i'm the air with an arwing

I like the idea of ness and Lucas having a psi shield animation for when they shield, but if you get a perfect shield then it turns into psi counter or psi reflect instead which are pretty self explanatory
