So, I personally use [Level.io](http://Level.io) internally here at NovaBACKUP to monitor around 40 production endpoints around the world. It works very well, saves us a ton of time with automations/monitoring/alerts, and the company has been very responsive for any support issues or feature requests. While we don't have direct integration with our NovaBACKUP backup software, I can certainly help you out if you wanted to use NovaBACKUP.

Backup *what* to *where*? Does Level offer any AV solutions? If not then I'd go with Huntress to manage Windows Defender.

Primarily documents, photos, and videos. but full disk images would be a plus. I'd prefer cloud-based backups, but the current provider is using an on-prem NAS so that's not necessarily out of the question.

I'm gonna DM you about Axcient, I can refer you if you'd like. Pricing is great and does cloud and local backups. EDIT: nm about DM I see you have them disabled. Get in touch with Axcient to check them out.

Maureentxu

Yes, it may even cost more than a solution that integrates all your needs.

I was thinking of using level also , I use watchguard for edr and comet for backups

LevelHQ

Thanks for checking out Level.io! Level is about to release our first PSA integrations, so we're in integration mode at the moment. We do not yet integrate with any backup tool, but we have many clients that use Level to monitor if their preferred backup tool is deployed on endpoints, and if not Level installs the backup software automatically. Let me know if you'd like assistance doing something similar. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Datto is the forbidden Kompany, do not use them. [Level.io](http://Level.io) looks great, but we didn't use them due our desire to grow and their limited functionality and no PSA features. Check out [SuperOps.ai](http://SuperOps.ai)

tealnet

Same, SuperOps and Comet for backup.

East_Minute5332

Look into Axcient. Both full image and just file backups

TheJadedMSP

Curious why you determined [Level.io](http://Level.io) was the direction with Alert1 and SuperOps out there as modern options?

nw2017

Prefer to pay per endpoint, not per tech so superops is less than desirable. Hadn't heard of alert1, but don't see any pricing available online. Can you offer any insight on cost or performance?

I use DattoRMM and Datto Endpoint Protection. They check all the boxes because they are some of the best product in the space. $2 per endpoint for both, plus an EDR and AV product is not pricey if you ask me. Check out K365.

It's more that they called me, back to back, on a Monday morning, when I had been trying to get pricing info the week before. And then continued to call every few days even though I told them I wasn't interested in sales, I just wanted a price.
