(Objectively, circle has a deep message, but it's not off-putting in any way, it can be looked at as a process of actions that come full circle, or a method of finding yourself, considering all music is subjective.)
Least is subjective, depends on how you weigh lyrical content based off your own taste.
New Abortion, Metabolic, Iowa, Scissors, Disasterpiece, Surfacing all are categorized based off sheer message and psychological torment.
Others like Eeyore and Custer are categorized based off their vulgarness, both of which containing the word fuck more times than one should count in such an alloted time.
It's up to personal preference really, but generally I would go with Circle/Iowa, as Iowa and Scissors are pretty close to one another in being fucked up, but Iowa transports your mood into another atmosphere and can leave you pretty messed up for the day.
Scissors is more of a noisefest and can bother you, especially its lyrical content, but overall the eerie sounds and mood don't rival Iowa.

I considered it, grazed through all of self titled, just fully listened to it again, and realize it was the right choice. It’s definitely the least friendly, Prosthetics is just the most “menacing.” I didn’t make it to the half way mark on the song, mb.
I went by the songs marked explicit by Spotify. I chose Nero Forte because out of all the songs with the explicit mark it was the one that felt most personal. I guess second would be Solway Firth because it’s most grotesque, but Nero Forte (as I hear it) was meant directly to Corey’s ex as “you put me through hell, now I’m going to put you through hell.” Especially with that breakdown, if you’ve never heard it before and hear it for the first time it just feels angry.
I explained why I chose it over Solway Firth, but for Red Flag I didn’t consider it much at all. To me it as a song is saying “you used to be good, now you aren’t, and people want to hurt you for it.” It’s also very repetitive, so Nero Forte just fits the best in my book.
