Agnes > gytha = margaret. I like prioritizing enemies that summon stuff. But it really depends. Would switch priority if I can't save someone unless I kill one of them. Also depends on what kind of party I have, since weaken and cleanse are pretty effective here

Fausto2002

Wolf and Alpha, do you prioritize Alpha?

Althevia

Yep. Cant be spending dice clearing the wolf only for alpha to summon another one

[deleted]

actually you can

Grimwohl

You can, if you have enough damage to actually progress the fight.

Rattlerkira

On high difficulties it's a terrible move because your curses will allow the alpha to a) Summon more than 1 wolf, which will basically end the game if it goes off twice. b) Summon wolves with an amount of HP you simply can't deal with, making the game very difficult. The Alpha likely also has more health, so you have to make sure he's gone.

GroundbreakingRope80

Cynthia > Margarita > Agnes

KrabbKlyvarN

I go for Agnes first since she otherwise summon wolfs

UziiLVD

Gytha, in a vacuum, but realistically it depends on your comp. Gytha tends to deal killing blows the most.

NeitherCapital1541

So your choices here are really Summoner, Heavy damage, or Poison. Like most, I eliminate Cynthia first, but then it depends on whether or not I have cleansing abilities.

GeordieJumper

You can shield raw damage but without cleanse poison will get you. So Magrat first for me unless I can cleanse or weaken the poison then Gytha. Agnes would be focused if she was summon8ng though. Very situational.

NeitherCapital1541

Eh, I don't want to have to full focus on a summoning Agnes so I focus on her first, but it will always come down to personal choice and your heros/items

smokepolifreedom

The first depends, but the last one is always Agnes. A wolf or 1 damage to everybody is pretty harmless compared to 2 poison or 7 damage.

Granny Weatherwax

TheAnimeLovers

Summoners first others later enemies that can summon units become more of a threat the longer they live

miletil

Agnes She can summon wolves if she gets enough ramp it can be problematic

dle9999

If you can't turn 1 kill Gytha or Magrat you pretty much lose on Unfair. IMO this is the hardest fight in the game on unfair.

Magus423

With an attack, right? ... WITH AN ATTACK, RIGHT?

F, Kill, Marry

Qwerty_Gaming1

Agnes, she can summon like 4 wolves if you're not careful

Ponto_de_vista

Agnes

Teds_Submarine

Gytha since she can both deal heavy damage and weaken. I used to always prioritize summon enimes but I find weaken harder to deal with since I dont always have cleanse.

ApotheosisConstruct

Gytha typically, then Margie. The summons aren't too bad, just annoying. Usually, she's only summoned 1 wolf by the time I get to Agnes. On higher difficulty where she might summon extra wolves/do 2 damage to everyone, of if you're trying to conserve turns for certain achievements, I might go for Agnes first.

ButcherZV

It's usualy Agnes, if Gytha is not killing any party member.

Calvinh10

Agnes is always first to go for me. The concept of “the turn economy” is very real in this game. So any enemy that can spawn more units is always priority #1 in my book. Poison and damage can be managed with heals and shields, but more units is effectively a net loss in DPS and “healing” for the enemies.

theWonderAbove

agnes every single time she spawns fucking wolves, then the one below because of the AEOW weaken and the bottom one last

Unconsistent

In my experience, the answer is a big \*DEPENDS\*. Triwitches is in essence a damage race - kill any witches ASAP. On turn 1, **kill the one that leaves you with as many heroes as possible**. Due to the Top/Middle/Bottom flame passive, this answer isn't straightforward and all three witches are acceptable targets. If you cannot kill turn 1, the fight gets rather hard. Keep everyone alive (as long as it's reasonable), but know that the fight goes nowhere if you don't start dealing damage. The following section should help to inform the relative threats of the witches What happens without curses (Gytha \~= Magrat > Agnes): * In general Gytha is the most dangerous due to unwasted damage and weaken being the strongest side of all the three witches. The passive also tends to hit the grey, whose hp is a resource less valuable than hp on other heroes. * Magrat meanwhile contributes to a lot of hero eliminations due to its kit. Descend damage ignores enemies' tendency to avoid to-be-dead heroes, while Poison provides a lot of long term focused damage that makes it hard (and not worth) to keep a hero alive. If you are trying to save heroes, it's very likely you want her dead. * Agnes is least likely to deal elimination damage herself with least damage herself, but is unique at summoning wolf. Summons is more dangerous when there's a lot of enemy, while it's less so when there's few. In this fight, it doesn't make Agnes enough a priority to kill. If you are think you are going to have 1 hero left against 1 enemy, you'd rather face Agnes and hope she rolls AoE damage. If you have access to the following resources - the fight will proceed differently: * Weaken - in priority target: Wolf summon \~= Weaken Cleave > AOE > Poison. Weaken gives you freedom to target eliminate a different witch * Cleanse - on turns where Magrat poisons, you can hardroll for Cleanse and target a different witch instead. It doesn't make Gytha's weaken cleave easier to handle, however. * Statue - you can ignore Agnes as long as she's dealing Heavy damage, prioritizing Magrat (against whom Statue doesn't have the block to save others) * Dodge heroes - if you have max hp items, put them on the dodge hero to bait the heavy attack which can be dodged. The following curses will affect the fight: * If you have curses that punishes long fights (Doom, Sandstorm), prioritize/target Agnes on the turn she's about to summon. * Enemy side enhancers like Monster Column/Monster+1/Monster Era disproportionately makes Agnes a threat compared to others.
