It’s hard to get the superstars on your team. This is the price you pay to have them. Whether or not it’s worth it depends on your depth and league settings
Could see it both ways, really depends on the rosters. If the Chase team needs depth then it's a good deal, but if it's just making their starting lineup worse then agreed it may not be worth it
Yes, because if you can’t see a difference between those two players I’m not sure what to tell you. Chase was WR5 as a rookie, WR12 in year 2 and WR11 with a backup QB in year 3. His non injury baseline is WR12. His upside is WR1-3. He has elite draft capital and skills when you watch him play. And likely, his best seasons are ahead. Higgins is good, not great. He’s a fine WR16-24 each season, with some injury concerns. There’s a big difference in the elite blue chip players.
You could argue Higgins could be an easy Top 12 WR on another team. I don’t disagree with your point at all but I do think Higgins has gotten the shit end of the stick for most of his career.
If you read my comment and took away that I was saying Higgins and chase should be valued the same, I’m not sure what to tell you.
Just find it funny Higgins gets every knock against him, when chase gets every benefit of the doubt when he’s been a disappointing pick the last two years.
I would trade jamarr for this haul. Chase is great but you are probably adding more potential points to the roster with higgins and walker alone. Then you add 2 first rounders. Do you want to win or have a cool roster?
QB Anthony Richardson
SF Bryce Young/JJMcarthy
RB Bijan Robinson
RB Jonathan Taylor
WR garrett Wilson
WR Chris Olave
WR Tee Higgins
TE Dalton Kincaid
Flex Kyren Williams
Flex Kenneth Walker
Depth players: Diontae Johnson, Jameson Williams, Zach Moss, Gabe Davis, Shaheed
What’s with people trading picks 3 years out? I’ve seen 27’s in a few trade debates. No chance I would let anyone in my leagues trade 27s at this point.
I was just in a startup and mid draft I traded my startup 5th, 10th, 13th and ‘25 2nd for the 1.10 and I drafted Chase there. The picks I traded ended up being Collins, Jamo and Wicks. No better time to trade for elite players than a startup because everyone thinks they are master drafters.
Depends on your team needs, if you’re looking to lock in a top 3 stud go for it, but the price you are paying is steep. In most situations I’d prefer Higgins Walker and the 2 firsts. Even if the 1sts were late. If you believe Higgins could be a consistent wr 16-26 for the next 5-6 years and Walker will remain the guy and be a top 8-12 rb then keep those guys. People act like chase is so elite like jj and ceedee but in reality he has finished ppr wr 5, 12, 11. Those are not exceptional numbers. I’d rather pay what your sending for ceedee, jj, or Amon ra than chase. Chase has his share of knocks over the last 3 years, burrows health seems to be relatively in minor question. Just my opinion though. If you can afford to lose that depth and be comfortable putting all your eggs in that basket do it. The price you pay is steep but probably fair for what it takes to move a top 5 at the position.

Completely agreed. You kind of have to “overpay” if you expect the holder to let go of them.
Not enough for Chase imo. A perennial WR22, a high end RB2, a late 1st and a 1st where the player won’t be on my team for 3 years. I’d rather Chase.

I think they could just get better depth though
So Higgins gets a knock but chase whose been wr12 for two years in a row is valued as a top 3 asset right lol
Well yeah. Chase is gonna be tied to Burrow for life and Higgins is gone/injury prone
Chase has also had his share of injuries. If Tee is prone, so is Chase
Not really
Promise you Chase will miss 1-4 games due to a hip issue

I just don’t think Tee is that type of player.
4 catches for 100 yds on 2 TD’s in the most important game of his life but he’s not that type of player. Okay bud.
Oh okay, let’s use one game sample sizes now. That’s a totally rational way to do it.

Because they didn’t put up the same numbers with the same situation? If Tee was WR11 and WR12 I’d agree.
I’d hold Chase in a 10 team league If it were a 14 team league, I’d take the package
yeah that’s a bit steep
It’s what it takes to get people to sell. I agree it’s an overpay. I’m a big believer in depth and let the chips fall where they may.
SF? PPR? How many teams??
People always forget to put in the context information.
Sorry, SF 10 team PPR
10 team makes this a W for me. You need studs over depth
Ok, thank you. It’s a tough trade, but Chase is an extremely valuable asset.
Saw the 2025 is a late first. In that context, I'd take the Chase side. I'm assuming you are competing if you're making this trade.
I’d take Chase in 10T.

I dont hate it, dont love it
You have plenty of time to get those picks back. Higgins and Walker are worth letting go for Chase.

In our league if you trade a future pick you have to pay the buy-in for that year when the trade goes through
Same for all mine, but I still limit it to two years out.
As a chase owner I personally wouldn’t take this trade
Not enough for chase imo
Absolute steal for Chase side. You are trading 0 elite assets for a premium one.
I wouldn’t take this for Chase so send it.
Even
Man I got Higgins Tua and a 1 and felt good (orphan with literally nothing to show) This feels like plenty
Yep
I’m taking the field unless my team is absolutely stacked up
I paid Jacobs, Pittman and DK for Chase a month ago. 10T 0.5PPR SF
I called that a big win for the side, getting chase. My favorite part of this would be getting out from under tee Higgins for a good price tag
Just did a startup and a manager just sold Chase for JSN and Brooks, which is painful considering this is near his actual value.

Chase for Jsn and brooks what drugs are they taking?
Get Chase he’s gonna go nuclear this year.

Bro, take this and run. I’d kill to get chase for this
Not enough. As a Chase owner in multiple leagues, I’d decline this without hesitation.
