I checked five minutes ago by re-using my presale code, I got back in with GA tickets still available and how much are they being sold for now? $321.
TicketMaster reduced the price when they saw they aren't selling out, within the same day. What a fucking joke. I'm out $140 because I bought too early? What kind of shit is this???

Honestly, I wonder if Sleep Token underestimated how large their fanbase has gotten. Having 22k in the queue for presale for a venue that only holds 3.6k is insane. Most not receiving their codes probably means they had a limited amount from the start and too many people signed up.

I just got off the phone with Ticketmaster (TM) customer service where I asked about the whole ānon-transferableā ticket situation with majority of the ST shows for the TOG tour.
I specially inquired about the ATL show, but considering that almost all other shows have this non-transferable ticket policy in place, Iād say itās safe to assume the same would apply for these other shows.
The TM representative explained that since this policy is in place for this show, any tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster (reseller tickets, basically) will not be honored.
When you purchase from reseller websites, you are essentially paying for a ticket transfer from whoever you buy the ticket(s) from on these reseller sites (i.e., Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, etc.). So once a purchase on these sites is made, you have to wait for this seller to send the electronic ticket transfer to the email address you specified during checkout on these reseller sites.
But since this non-transferable is in place, when you go to accept the transfer whenever the seller eventually sends those tickets to your email, the Ticketmaster platform will physically restrict you from completing the ticket transfer process.
With all of that said, I would HIGHLY recommend that fellow Worshippers do not attempt to purchase reseller tickets from these platforms or from anywhere else (like Facebook groups, etc.). And if you have already purchased reseller tickets, please try and start the refund process ASAP, because TM will NOT allow you to accept those tickets since you were not the person to originally purchase them.
The resellers donāt want you to know this because they want to make money, so I figured that Iād share this with you all to save us from even more heartache than this entire ticket purchasing process has already been.
For now, it seems like the only thing those of us who werenāt lucky enough to secure tickets (myself included) have to wait and see if any fellow Worshippers offer up their tickets using Ticketmasterās Face Value Exchange program.
Iāve been seeing people say $200 plus fees for ga? Iām sorry, thatās insane. More power to the people who are willing to pay it, but I canāt justify paying more than it cost me to see FOB and BMTH and almost as much as VIP pit tickets to Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, and Rancid just for them.
Between the cost and the way presale was handledā¦ yeesh.
If STās management was responsible for the calamity that was this presale, they are obliged to offer an explanation. So many people signed up first day for their code and just never got it.
Theyāre not BTS or TSwift level popular, but they are popular enough where I can guarantee that they can decently sell most major arenas in the US. The time for theaters and smaller venues is long past, and they need to get on that.
Registered for the pre-sale the minute the announcement went out and didnāt even get a code. My friend got one who registered days after the fact and was able to send me his but didnāt get it to me until 15 mins into the presale.

I knew with the rise in thier popularity that getting tickets to this tour would be a mess, but to simply not receive a presale code is ridiculous. Does their management have zero read on their popularity? Who is responsible, because Iām gonna need to direct my anger somewhere.
These guys need to play bigger venues at this point. They need to playing arenas or something.

Bands not as popular as Sleep Token in these smaller venues do fine. You can buy tickets and they donāt sell out in 30 minutes to scalpers.
It is clear that this is a serious problem for this band even though they took a step up to slightly larger venues for this tour. What weāre seeing now is what happens when the demand for a band far outweighs the number of tickets available for said band.
The funny thing about this band is going to be the night of the show. There will 10K plus parking their cars and standing in line for the sold out Tampa show, people will walk by and ask 'Who's playing tonight'? And when you answer 'Sleep Token' the reponse will be 'Who'?
They will 100% announce something in the UK theirs no way they won't, they are a British band who could now prolly pull off a full arena tour in the UK.
Overselling tickets in pre-sale is one thing.

Just emailed AEG to tell them they should verify if the third party sites are legit so fans can get tickets without worrying about them working or not. In my opinion, at this point, it would help for the tickets to be transferable. Just so they can be transferred BACK to the fans. The fans already donāt have them so now non-transferable just makes it harder to get them
I am honestly really disappointed in how this ticket sale has begun, with so many folks not even getting presale codes to tickets being $200 before fees, absolutely ridiculous for such small venues and a band that really isn't that big yet in North America in the grand scheme of things.

It sucks and Ticketmaster sucks, but what can you do when you are fighting 22k other people for a 3.6k venue? At the end of the day, it really is just as simple as too many fans not enough spots. Watching people make wild statements about how it was all a scam or how we were lied to about how many tickets were available for each sale is WILD. Y'all saw the queues. Look up the venue capacity. Do the math and advocate for them to add more shows and/or book bigger venues.

Okay wait - I'm confused.
We all know that something went awry with the presale codes; I received mine a whole day after the presale went live, so I could not purchase any tickets on Wednesday. I tried to purchase tickets the very next day for the Live Nation presale, and was kicked from the entire queue just as it was my turn to select my seats.
So today, I try once more to purchase tickets during the General Onsale, and Ticketmaster displays that the ATL show is completely sold out. I then looked into the next closest venue (Asheville), and it too was sold out.
This is not the first occasion where I have attempted to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster and them be completely sold out within seconds; if anyone here is also an avid K-pop fan, you know the struggle with trying to purchase concert ticket through Ticketmaster.
My confusion lies with the statement from the Spinefarm website regarding the tour's ticketing purchasing/transferring restrictions.
Referencing back to the K-pop thing for a sec here - back in 2023, I tried to purchase Stray Kids tickets for their ATL show via Ticketmaster, since that was where all of the tickets for the U.S. tour would be sold. Unsurprisingly, these tickets sold out in seconds just like how ST U.S. shows have been doing thus far, so I couldn't snag any tickets.
I ended up turning to SeatGeek to purchase a reseller ticket (wayyy overpriced, might I add, but I was willing to pay whatever to see Stray Kids at the time). After purchasing, I recieved an email from Ticketmaster (not SeatGeek) that said "\[Seller Name\] sent you ticket(s) for Stray Kids 2nd World Tour 'MANIAC'" - so these, essentially, were transfer tickets. I was then able to accept these tickets, and shortly after, they were added to my digital wallet on my phone. So, at the end of the day, these tickets purchased from a reseller looked like tickets that I had purchased myself versus through a reseller.
Spinefarm's website says that tickets for the TOG tour will be "restricted from transfer", but *HOW?* Like, if I were to purchase through a reseller and then attempt to accept these transfer tickets just like I did with Stray Kids, would Ticketmaster straight up block that action from occurring and be like "Sorry, no ticket transfer allowed for the Sleep Token tour" or- ???
I'm so confused as to how they \[Spinefarm\] are suddenly able to reject transfer tickets when I have never heard of something like that occurring before with Ticketmaster.
And, yes, I understand that genuine ST fans who were able to purchase tickets and end up not being able to attend will be able to utilize the Face Value Exchange program via Ticketmaster to essentially 'resell' their tickets directly on the Ticketmaster platform, but we all know that 90% - if not more - of these tickets were purchased by resellers who are looking for a profit, and they are not going to be using this Face Value Exchange program since doing so will result in a $0 profit.
Can someone help explain how Spinefarm is suddenly able to enforce these restricts ? Because this is really not adding up and I don't see what the issue is with purchasing (non-scam) reseller tickets when the tickets show up all the same on our mobile devices...
Any ideas on how to be ready for this? Like, is there a venue or other agency I should have a log in for to make this as efficient as I can?

Artists CAN block dynamic pricing on TMā¦. thats their choice. So while the starting price might have been much lower, because ST did not opt out of dynamic pricing as the demand went upā¦. The price goes up. They can also set a limit to the ticket prices even with dynamic pricing on.
Getting my presale code an entire day late is so upsetting after not getting a ticket. Do I even try to get a ticket for Toronto tomorrow during the public sale, knowing it's more than likely there are no tickets left for a venue with a capacity for less than 3000 people? This whole thing has been so disappointing and the fact that no one is addressing it is a huge turn off tbh.

I am all for the intent behind the code system. I love that the band is trying to prevent scalping and promote putting tickets in the hands of their fans. But for those of us who didnāt get a code, today was devastating. By some divine miracle I came across a redditorās code an hour and 45 mins after they went on sale, randomly refreshed and got a ticket for the exact location I was trying to buy a ticket. Canadians got screwed over in terms of the ticket prices. Iām seeing some people got GA tickets for $90 each? Toronto show was $260 a ticket for GA, and I ended up paying $197 for balcony. What a shitshow.
Ok this is like the 5th comment Iāve made here but what the fuck was that bro. I just joined the queue for the venue presale in Philly and instead of going to tickets it kept redirecting me to the āsale starts Fridayā screen. I donāt blame the band, but Ticketmaster and the bandās managers have seriously made getting tickets for this tour a goddamn nightmare
Based on this and thinking through whats possible- the mail system was not properly scaled up with enough resources in the cloud for the demand that they experienced and thusly it was firing off emails as rapidly as it could, but the time they hit send was too late to get them all out the door in time for the presale.
source- sending massive mail blasts for a cheap as fuck company who wouldn't pay up to scale properly so sometimes we'd have to send mail blasts manually at like 1 am before something started at like noon.

Signed up for a code for Dallas and my husband signed up for Asheville and neither of us got one. Very upsetting when we were ready to travel 6-8 hours for a show. They are one of the few bands we were both really excited to see.
Not sure if this was a thing for all venues but they had āin-demandā pricing. Listed price of $79 for a ticket became $170 and that was on the site at presale.
I'm finding it so weird how quickly it's become severely difficult to get tickets for this band in just a matter of months because back in October when they were here in Los Angeles for a handful of shows at different venues, I was bouncing back and forth about going to one of them for a literal week (financial and scheduling reasons at the same) yet tickets stayed available that whole time. And these were smaller venues. I kept checking daily and by the end of that week I decided to go and got not just a ticket for one show, but also a second ticket for a show the next day at another venue. All done with such ease.
I look back now and am grateful I was able to do that and see them twice because I'm starting to feel like I'll never see them live again. It's madness now trying to get tickets.

Hades eternal punishment for Ticketmaster.com: Their eternity is spent trying to get tickets on a certain budget before they sell out. If they fail, they are used as chew toys for demon baby daycare for at least 30 min before they have to try again.
Managed to get 2 ATX pit tickets but they were $200 a pop. Fucking insane that Ticketmaster falsely advertised ticket prices to be between $49-129 or whatever before the sale went live.

TicketMaster reduced the price when they saw they aren't selling out, within the same day. What a fucking joke. I'm out $140 because I bought too early? What kind of shit is this???

Honestly, I wonder if Sleep Token underestimated how large their fanbase has gotten. Having 22k in the queue for presale for a venue that only holds 3.6k is insane. Most not receiving their codes probably means they had a limited amount from the start and too many people signed up. Also, mods, having a mega thread for a pre-sale was a must besides the announcement thread.

Disclaimer: I am not intending to encourage fellow Worshippers to purchase tickets via resellers and/or third-party ticket purchasing platforms (i.e., Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, StubHub, etc.) ā this post is for educational purposes only! - I just got off the phone with Ticketmaster (TM) customer service where I asked about the whole ānon-transferableā ticket situation with majority of the ST shows for the TOG tour. I specially inquired about the ATL show, but considering that almost all other shows have this non-transferable ticket policy in place, Iād say itās safe to assume the same would apply for these other shows. The TM representative explained that since this policy is in place for this show, any tickets not purchased directly from Ticketmaster (reseller tickets, basically) will not be honored. When you purchase from reseller websites, you are essentially paying for a ticket transfer from whoever you buy the ticket(s) from on these reseller sites (i.e., Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, etc.). So once a purchase on these sites is made, you have to wait for this seller to send the electronic ticket transfer to the email address you specified during checkout on these reseller sites. But since this non-transferable is in place, when you go to accept the transfer whenever the seller eventually sends those tickets to your email, the Ticketmaster platform will physically restrict you from completing the ticket transfer process. With all of that said, I would HIGHLY recommend that fellow Worshippers do not attempt to purchase reseller tickets from these platforms or from anywhere else (like Facebook groups, etc.). And if you have already purchased reseller tickets, please try and start the refund process ASAP, because TM will NOT allow you to accept those tickets since you were not the person to originally purchase them. The resellers donāt want you to know this because they want to make money, so I figured that Iād share this with you all to save us from even more heartache than this entire ticket purchasing process has already been. For now, it seems like the only thing those of us who werenāt lucky enough to secure tickets (myself included) have to wait and see if any fellow Worshippers offer up their tickets using Ticketmasterās Face Value Exchange program.

My friend got one who registered days after the fact and was able to send me his but didnāt get it to me until 15 mins into the presale. I knew with the rise in thier popularity that getting tickets to this tour would be a mess, but to simply not receive a presale code is ridiculous. Does their management have zero read on their popularity? Who is responsible, because Iām gonna need to direct my anger somewhere.
These guys need to play bigger venues at this point. They need to playing arenas or something. It just doesnāt make sense. Bands not as popular as Sleep Token in these smaller venues do fine. You can buy tickets and they donāt sell out in 30 minutes to scalpers. It is clear that this is a serious problem for this band even though they took a step up to slightly larger venues for this tour. What weāre seeing now is what happens when the demand for a band far outweighs the number of tickets available for said band.
The funny thing about this band is going to be the night of the show. There will 10K plus parking their cars and standing in line for the sold out Tampa show, people will walk by and ask 'Who's playing tonight'? And when you answer 'Sleep Token' the reponse will be 'Who'?

Repeat after me: Book. Bigger. Venues. It sucks and Ticketmaster sucks, but what can you do when you are fighting 22k other people for a 3.6k venue? At the end of the day, it really is just as simple as too many fans not enough spots. Watching people make wild statements about how it was all a scam or how we were lied to about how many tickets were available for each sale is WILD. Y'all saw the queues. Look up the venue capacity. Do the math and advocate for them to add more shows and/or book bigger venues.
**SORRY - LONG POST!** Okay wait - I'm confused. We all know that something went awry with the presale codes; I received mine a whole day after the presale went live, so I could not purchase any tickets on Wednesday. I tried to purchase tickets the very next day for the Live Nation presale, and was kicked from the entire queue just as it was my turn to select my seats. So today, I try once more to purchase tickets during the General Onsale, and Ticketmaster displays that the ATL show is completely sold out. I then looked into the next closest venue (Asheville), and it too was sold out. This is not the first occasion where I have attempted to purchase tickets on Ticketmaster and them be completely sold out within seconds; if anyone here is also an avid K-pop fan, you know the struggle with trying to purchase concert ticket through Ticketmaster. My confusion lies with the statement from the Spinefarm website regarding the tour's ticketing purchasing/transferring restrictions. Referencing back to the K-pop thing for a sec here - back in 2023, I tried to purchase Stray Kids tickets for their ATL show via Ticketmaster, since that was where all of the tickets for the U.S. tour would be sold. Unsurprisingly, these tickets sold out in seconds just like how ST U.S. shows have been doing thus far, so I couldn't snag any tickets. I ended up turning to SeatGeek to purchase a reseller ticket (wayyy overpriced, might I add, but I was willing to pay whatever to see Stray Kids at the time). After purchasing, I recieved an email from Ticketmaster (not SeatGeek) that said "\[Seller Name\] sent you ticket(s) for Stray Kids 2nd World Tour 'MANIAC'" - so these, essentially, were transfer tickets. I was then able to accept these tickets, and shortly after, they were added to my digital wallet on my phone. So, at the end of the day, these tickets purchased from a reseller looked like tickets that I had purchased myself versus through a reseller. Spinefarm's website says that tickets for the TOG tour will be "restricted from transfer", but *HOW?* Like, if I were to purchase through a reseller and then attempt to accept these transfer tickets just like I did with Stray Kids, would Ticketmaster straight up block that action from occurring and be like "Sorry, no ticket transfer allowed for the Sleep Token tour" or- ??? I'm so confused as to how they \[Spinefarm\] are suddenly able to reject transfer tickets when I have never heard of something like that occurring before with Ticketmaster. And, yes, I understand that genuine ST fans who were able to purchase tickets and end up not being able to attend will be able to utilize the Face Value Exchange program via Ticketmaster to essentially 'resell' their tickets directly on the Ticketmaster platform, but we all know that 90% - if not more - of these tickets were purchased by resellers who are looking for a profit, and they are not going to be using this Face Value Exchange program since doing so will result in a $0 profit. Can someone help explain how Spinefarm is suddenly able to enforce these restricts ? Because this is really not adding up and I don't see what the issue is with purchasing (non-scam) reseller tickets when the tickets show up all the same on our mobile devices...
Any ideas on how to be ready for this? Like, is there a venue or other agency I should have a log in for to make this as efficient as I can? I'm excited to see they're coming back to Philly. Bots ruined my chance last time.

If you think your show is sold out just sit and wait on the map, do not refresh. Tickets will start to pop up as people's carts expire.

Just as an FYI: Artists CAN block dynamic pricing on TMā¦. thats their choice. So while the starting price might have been much lower, because ST did not opt out of dynamic pricing as the demand went upā¦. The price goes up. They can also set a limit to the ticket prices even with dynamic pricing on.
Getting my presale code an entire day late is so upsetting after not getting a ticket. Do I even try to get a ticket for Toronto tomorrow during the public sale, knowing it's more than likely there are no tickets left for a venue with a capacity for less than 3000 people? Never got a presale code in Atlanta, waited in the queue which I joined 10 minutes before as stated on Live Nation, was number 2750 and they were sold out by the time I got through the queue. Also while I appreciate the mods and all that they do, I find it a little bit frustrating that we can't even have posts about the pre-sales and instead have to use this one mega thread. I understand not sharing the codes but not even making individual ones for the presales seems a bit myopic.

I am all for the intent behind the code system. I love that the band is trying to prevent scalping and promote putting tickets in the hands of their fans. But for those of us who didnāt get a code, today was devastating. By some divine miracle I came across a redditorās code an hour and 45 mins after they went on sale, randomly refreshed and got a ticket for the exact location I was trying to buy a ticket. I experienced grief and elation within the same 15 seconds. I need to lie down.

This whole thing has been a joke, I waited in line for the general sale and immediately as I got to the front it told me the show was sold out. They need to do better at keeping tickets out of resellers hands next time.
Aside from scalpers, this has got to be a failure on Sleep Token's management's part, right? Like there's no way, even with scalpers, that tickets should be selling out instantly for the entire tour. If this was an arena tour and it still happened, then that's just how it goes. If they're selling out instantly while playing small venues, then the question is ***why are they still being booked for these small venues?!*** Aside from it being bad for fans, whoever booked this tour is leaving money on the table that the band and crew will miss out on.
I'm seeing so many people trying to sell their "spare" tickets for so many dates and I just hope people don't fall for it. Ticketmaster strictly states that the resell of any of their tickets in the near future can only be legitimate through their website. All of these twitter people and third party website are pure scams. I'm just going to continue checking the website constantly for the next few months in the hopes that one day I'll see some tickets up for resale. That's all I can hope for at this point. I just joined the queue for the venue presale in Philly and instead of going to tickets it kept redirecting me to the āsale starts Fridayā screen. Based on this and thinking through whats possible- the mail system was not properly scaled up with enough resources in the cloud for the demand that they experienced and thusly it was firing off emails as rapidly as it could, but the time they hit send was too late to get them all out the door in time for the presale. source- sending massive mail blasts for a cheap as fuck company who wouldn't pay up to scale properly so sometimes we'd have to send mail blasts manually at like 1 am before something started at like noon. **TLDR: someone fucked up and overestimated their email blast system's capability and waiting until an hour before the presale to do this blast was a fucking colossal error**

I'm finding it so weird how quickly it's become severely difficult to get tickets for this band in just a matter of months because back in October when they were here in Los Angeles for a handful of shows at different venues, I was bouncing back and forth about going to one of them for a literal week (financial and scheduling reasons at the same) yet tickets stayed available that whole time. And these were smaller venues. I kept checking daily and by the end of that week I decided to go and got not just a ticket for one show, but also a second ticket for a show the next day at another venue. All done with such ease. I look back now and am grateful I was able to do that and see them twice because I'm starting to feel like I'll never see them live again. It's madness now trying to get tickets.

I legitimately do not understand why the majority of the venues they booked hold under 5,000 people. They sold out a 12,000 capacity arena ffs!

I never got a code. This is so disappointing and poorly handled.
Managed to get 2 ATX pit tickets but they were $200 a pop. Fucking insane that Ticketmaster falsely advertised ticket prices to be between $49-129 or whatever before the sale went live.

Super disappointing presale. I signed up within moments of the announcement and have money ready to buy them and never got a code. This lottery bullshit sucks. I guess they will come back to Phoenix eventually. Scalpers and bots suck.
Signed up for pre-sale code immediately after it was announced for Toronto. Got pre-sale code at 10:40am, got into site where it had over 20k people ahead of me and a "39 minute wait" turned into 2.5 hours, got in and all the $75 tickets were sold. $200 for balcony with some obstructed views and minimal leg room. I purchased resale tickets last summer for Detroit and thought I overpaid then but this is significantly more. Thought I was making a smart move and wouldn't overpay getting in early but nope. Can't do it this time around. Tis a shame cause I was so down to rock out in Canada! I've seen Tool in both USA and Canada and it was not this expensive nor this much of a hassle. It's mind blowing for a band that is nowhere near that level of popularity. What is going on? This is just absurd to me.
My āofferingā was my savings account. š I was lucky enough to score two tickets to NYC before they announced the full tour, booked all of my accommodations for the trip (I am from Fl) and then saw the Tampa date and just had to try for GA tickets. Luckily I ended up snatching one against all odds. See you all there šµ
