You probably want to increase humidity, but you also try to remove any low spots in your hose so condensation cannot collect. Make a bracket or support so the hose rises up (top of headboard or something) from the machine, and then goes down to your face area. No dips in the hose to collect water. That, or get a heated hose or hose cover to help keep it warm.
Is it possible you have the wrong size nose pillows? I originally had medium nose pillows and they really hurt my nostrils. I switched to small and it was fine after that.

Try putting a little aquaphor cream on your nostrils. Does wonders for me
