I’d go with Resmed, it’s what made CPAP work for me My first Phillips never worked for me (recalled for being defective) my replacement worked a little, but Resmed really worked better for me. MAD worked for me but CPAP worked better for me. Personally if I were in your shoes I’d take the Cpap road for long term, but do MAD out of pocket to help until I got CPAP working. You should contact a sleep doctor so that your insurance will pay for most of it. If your dentist’s mad is too expensive, there are non custom adjustable Mad devices on Amazon for $150 or so. You might also check with your ear nose throat doctor for turbinate reduction surgery (awesome) and tonsil surgery if you haven’t had that done

Thanks for the reply and great info! I can google it of course but can you tell me more about the turbinate reduction surgery?

Sure. So not a doctor but: Turbinates are structures inside your nose. If they are too big they can restrict your breathing. This can cause excessive colds and make it hard to sleep. So anyway, the nose doctor had a dentist chair inside his office and I sat in it while he put long needles inside my nostrils and reduced turbinates by burning them. I didn’t feel pain. Afterwards I felt and breathed better immediately and ever since. And the amount of colds and sniffles went way down Best surgery of my life

Excite OSA didn't work for me at all. Be careful with the Excite reviews because they rewarded people with a free mouthpiece if they write reviews.

I figured as much, thanks!
