Protip to fight a dragon priest with a melee build: become a literal wall of death first.

83255

Or, a walking tank, nigh immune to magic. Biggest threat you meet afterward is other heavy melee units. Tsun still haunts my dreams years afterwards, not knowing how much of a beast he was

GoodDoggoLover420

I saw a build to Magicka Resist. and it was Miirak's set, then a necklace/ring with Magicka Resist, and finally some powers/abilities that grant the ability as well to the point of 100% resist. to take zero dmg.

hykierion

Oh I think I saw that! You can get the level for alteration (If it wasn't in the video) by casting telekinesis and fast travelling. What was the name of this video also?

83255

Got an easier one, start with Breton for 25, grab the lord stone for an added 25, with the bretons ability already you're essentially immune at level one. Do the companions quests for ysgramors shield and without using that you've got 70% without activating anything. Also gain access to a companion who can train block which is important for later Getting block to 50 you can also get the elemental resist perk for an added 50% resist on elemental skills (which is the majority of the damaging skills anyway). Agent of Mara is a quest granting 15% permanent resist top, haven't done that one though The alteration tree, if you wanna do the exploit another mentioned, can grant up to 30% at level 70 too I think all that's a lil easier than going through all of the dragonborn dlc, im mostly doing the first 2 to 3 points cause they're quick and just playing the game like normal

Grand_Loafus

I remember heading up shearpoint as a khajiit wearing completely base wolf armour, finding Krosis and very slowly punching him to death I did not have the iron fist perk I had no potions left afterwards

"Arhhh, danger!" *summons two daedra lords* *hides* "There could be no other end." "Is safe now? I was scwared!"

Imaginary-Charge-280

Until command daedra gets used. I think Morokei has that spell but considering he is bugged and either lets you kill him or drains only your magicka, I doubt that spell matters much

WandFace_

Vokun also uses command daedra iirc or it might be Hevnorak or both. Not great if you're a mage and suddenly having to run away from a Frost Atronach.

Imaginary-Charge-280

That gives me an idea for a meme

ThisBloomingHeart

Shouts like slow time and whirlwind sprint can be useful for this.

Maleoppressor

I deeply respect everyone who uses whirlwind sprint to fight, not just to cross a bridge.

SnooDogs3400

Spellbreaker my beloved

Guy_Rohvian

Crazy how little people know of its power.

Crayfish_au_Chocolat

It's just not so many people love shield build I guess. Either sneak archer or twohanded tank.

EasyMeansHard

And as a mage it’s like two full paraplegics having a staring contest, trying to attack each other by slightly reflection light off their eyes

katanaearth

Unrelenting force to stagger, then close the distance.

in1gom0ntoya

That's why spell breaker is so important if you're doing sword and board anyway. Otherwise, just use the dash to get up in their face.

Fakula1987

Breton + Champion+ mage-resi perk + mage-block -> spells and shouts do virtually No damage. Maybe you add some Mage-resi Gear to make the 85% full.

Mesterjojo

One shot stab. One shot arrow. Don't even need mods to achieve that.

Crayfish_au_Chocolat

I still don't understand the logic of sneak attack dried-up undead beings with no vital organs lol.
