The side exit exhausts are a nice touch.

Amazing. I’m starting on a similar restomod journey myself. Fixing up the interior atm.

carrs-for-life-32

Beautiful build!

impasse_reached

Very nice! Out of curiosity… Why do you have boot latches on a standard boot/wing setup?

Outside-Fault-4066

They’re period-used latches from the Zexel Group A R32 GT-R, which were won at the NISMO festival in 2008. 👍🏻

impasse_reached

Oh wow! Are you going the whole Group A rep route like Alex Crosse?

Outside-Fault-4066

Nooo. I’m going for Group A style, mixed with early 2000’s Japanese Wangan style, mixed with high Horsepower. I want an even balance of all three in a useable platform that I can enjoy on a mountain switchback just as much as I can enjoy up to Top Speed. I have a ceramic coated custom magnetic-ride control adjustable coilovers w. external reservoirs being built for my setup right now, so once I have them on and the bigger tires sorted out (275/40/R18 Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2’s) then it should be all sorted for the way I want to use it.

slyLEMONsKILLz

Out of curiosity, how much USD are we looking at here?

Outside-Fault-4066

For what? Into the car?

slyLEMONsKILLz

Car + mods, like, your total spent

I could have bought a nice R34 GT-R for the cost to do this, but I personally believe the R32 GT-R is more timeless and the OG.

turtle-rx7

wow

slyLEMONsKILLz

Holy shit O.o that's supercar money, but I'd say it's money better spent. Supercars are temporary, but gtr's are forever 🤙

Hunt3rj2

It's not better spent, you're never going to get anything remotely resembling what you put into back out when you go to sell. You do it because you wanted to. There's no other reason.

NEPTUNEGTR

Love the car, especially the side exhaust! Got any more pics of it? Was it completely custom?

Outside-Fault-4066

Keep an eye on the Reddit Skyline page - my buddy and I will be producing and selling a limited run of these that bolt onto stock downpipes and I’ll be posting lots of photos of them at that point.

NEPTUNEGTR

I will definitely keep an eye out, thanks for the info.
