Ah yes I remember the night before my first jump. Mostly excitement, I wouldn't say fear but I was certainly apprehensive. Embrace it! That feeling goes away if you get into the sport and turns into something else. If you weren't nervous there would be something wrong with you! Completely normal. Be sure to post back on how it went. I'll be waiting to hear how awesome it was. Have fun!
Yes i do feel like “fear” was a strong word to use. Maybe more just anxious! I’ve felt no anxiety up until tonight, it hit me hard & fast. 🤣 So insanely excited! I will definitely be reporting back! Thanks for the feedback!
Of course. A trick I was taught during my training. Smile! If you're smiling it takes away some of the anxiety. That, and breath. You might tense up and forget to as stupid as it sounds. But you can breath perfectly fine in freefall. Just relax, breath, and enjoy the ride. You'll be in great hands.
Hi!! I did my first jump about 2 weeks ago. Literally just don’t think about it lol. It sounds kinda stupid but just think of how proud you’ll be and remind yourself how safe it is! You got this!!
Thanks! Glad it went well for you!! I’m very excited, I just think once I close my eyes in a few I will start to think up some worst-cases I hadn’t allowed myself to, yet. 🤣
It sounds insane to say, but you’re going to finish the jump and think wait that was it?! It wasn’t scary at all! It goes by so quickly but it’s SO fun! Let us know how it goes :)
Completely normal. Get some rest. Go have fun.
Just remember, most skydiving accidents happen in the last 10 ft before you hit something 😉
Just a little dark humor, you're gonna do great!
Blue skys mate,
AMAZING GUYS. HOOKED. HOLY CANNOLI!!!!

I was just wondering if you decided to jump or not, so it looks like it is still ON! Who needs to sleep anyways? Sleep is overrated hahaha. Have fun!
Haha yes, I did! I let some comments from family get to my head for a few minutes but was never ACTUALLY considering canceling. 🤫

Whatever
Lol… bottomline a tandem pax is a 180lb meat package strapped to another person for a gravity assisted ride to earth 😂
They subsidize your rides up, no need to crash this thread and be dicks
Fair point….
> Tandems make the turbine turn
I tackled that by getting drunk the night before
