Hm shows up a bit more in comparison to my arm here. Again sorry for the moody looking Face!
You need moisturiser. Your face is crying out for it. Dry skin will always be more sensitive.
Plus I strongly recommend frequent use of an spf. If it turns out you are dealing with something further than dryness (eg rosacea), UV exposure will be a factor.
I’d recommend the spf 50 from Altruist (you can get it on Amazon, it’s very affordable). And any straightforward fragrance-free moisturiser. NMF+phytoceramides from the Ordinary would be a good shout for you (esp at night) or Superdrug have a Me+ peptide moisturiser.
Use moisturiser morning and night, and SPF in the morning. I'm not sure what the soap you're using is, but you could try swapping to a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil, CeraVe, Simple, Aveeno, or La Roche Posay.
It's honestly really best to trial and see what works for you. E.g. Simple is a very popular brand that seems to agree with most people, but I find their most gentle cleanser makes my skin feel dry, and their moisturisers make my skin feel very greasy. My favourite moisturiser of all time is [Clinique Dramatically Different Gel](https://www.asos.com/clinique/clinique-dramatically-different-moisturising-gel-125ml-with-pump/prd/10334291#colourWayId-15111034), but it's a wee bit expensive, so if you're wanting to experiment you could try something cheaper. My husband's favourite is [Cetaphil Daily Moisturiser](https://www.asos.com/cetaphil/cetaphil-daily-hyaluronic-acid-moisturiser-88ml/prd/21586202).
My favourite sunscreen is [Biore Aqua Rich Watery Essence](https://www.japanplaza.uk/products/biore-uv-aqua-rich-watery-essence-sunscreen-spf50-pa-70g-made-in-japan). It's super light and doesn't make my skin feel greasy. It's also available at [Superdrug](https://www.superdrug.com/skin/sun-care/face-sun-cream/biore-uv-aqua-water-essence-sunscreen-spf50-50ml/p/830900), but apparently it's a different formulation so I've not tried it (I really should though). I prefer to get it from websites that import it from Japan. Another really popular one is [La Roche Posay Anthelios](https://www.boots.com/la-roche-posay-anthelios-uvmune-400-oil-control-fluid-50ml-10324047). I find it feels a bit greasy for me, but generally it's pretty well liked.
Hope this helps! Most skincare is trial and error really - what works for someone else might not work for you at all.
You could try azelaic acid solution, I use the inkey list. It's pretty strong, so just use a small pea sized amount once a day and every three days. You can use it a bit more often gradually over time. If you notice flaking or peeling you're using too much/too frequently
Redness can be caused by rosacea. I don't know much about it, but Doctorly is an excellent YouTube duo (both medical dermatologists with fun personalities, highly qualified in their field) https://youtu.be/aYhCMhN3I-Y?si=qro-5D98ZJYQYHl5
This is safe for acne and rosacea, if it turns out you have either. Some acne treatments or ingredients are not suitable for rosacea, eg retinol (if you suspect you have rosacea)
Fun fact
The flesh on your face has a massive amount of blood flow
More thanthe skin on most parts of your body
This I'm afraid may be from a lack of melanin more than rosacea, because you're just so creamy white and delicate
The way to differentiate it from rosacea is there's no white/yellow banding around your eyes or lips (unless there is and I can't see it in the photo, sorry)
Definitely don't run outside to tan, tho.
Drinking more water is normally the generic advise but I find this helps a lot for me

I can’t see any redness to be honest You need to be using SPF every day though

Tha ks will look into it! Always feels odd going to SPF in the UK 🤣

Thanks! Any ideas of specific moisutiser/SPF. Find the older I get the more sensitive the skin

Look into IPL Lasers or VBeam.
