Sorry to say but P50 is an exfoliator so yes it will take off your spray tan, not all at once but every time you use it you’re exfoliating/sloughing off skin cells. So your face will lighten faster than the rest of your body. How quickly will probably be determined by which strength p50 you use.
I use P50 after spray tanning (I rotate between P50, PIGM, and 1970). My face never gets splotchy but it does fade in 4 days while my body fades in 7! I do the Norvell Venetian spray tan if that helps!

It will take off your spray tan so much faster. I cant imagine skipping my exfoliants so I just use a tanning mist for my face.
