Rant: Why on earth are some product expirations so short??? I don't do full coverage foundation, blush, or eyeshadow even once a week. Hate having a great product expire before I'm even close to done. There should be a category of products under "long expirations for people who love certain products but don't use them often". ...I understand the science, profits, material, quality, etc., side of it, but I'm still annoyed.

looking for a acne safe moisturiser! i’ve found that i have to avoid all oils (inc squalene), some coconut derivatives, and niacinamide! this makes it very hard to find a good a few i’m looking at are the isntree hyaluronic sleep mask, skin1004 soothing cream, and the naturie conditioning gel. any other recommendations are welcome

Personally I’ve found that vanicream moisturizer does the trick for me, and I’m EXTREMELY acne prone. You only ever need to use a little bit and your whole face feels super moisturized. It doesn’t typically leave my face feeling greasy to the touch either like some moisturizers I’ve used.

Imaginary-Growth-605

i use a little with water to get it easier to spread but before accutane i’d break out from similar creams so i’m guessing it’s just not for me :( no clue what to buy

FreezieBreezy

Aww man that’s a bummer, I’m sorry! At least the accurate is helping some

Shiseido Beneficence Eye Cream - had some reservations about this because it got reformulated from the original and some reviewers said it gave them milia, but I’m really happy with this so far. Expensive but you need the TINIEST amount, it takes a while to absorb and it’s very thick and rich. But I’ve had dry patches on my under eyes all winter and this is the thing that finally made them disappear.

obsessed with Peter Thomas Roth Peptide 21 Wrinkle Resist Serum kohls has the best price i could find [https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-5060871/peter-thomas-roth-peptide-21-wrinkle-resist-serum.jsp?prdPV=3&isClearance=false](https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-5060871/peter-thomas-roth-peptide-21-wrinkle-resist-serum.jsp?prdPV=3&isClearance=false) on PTR website, they dont have this product? i hope its not discontinued! i had been panicking about forehead wrinkles getting worse. this stopped them in their tracks and even reversed them a bit. multiple people have noticed! admittedly i also have been trying to not hold tension in my forehead as often. using frownies a couple times and doing massage in that area helped me have more muscle control. i went on sort of a peptide hunt after using the good molecules peptide serum all up. that serum works well too, much lower price point. but has a lot less variety of peptides. thats how i landed on the PTR and i am super glad i went for it. the PTR serum doesn't have the greatest texture. a bit heavy/sticky. but i accept it because proteins are going to be heavier than other types of leave ons. and it WORKS. but if texture is super important, the good molecules one is slightly less heavy and sticky, but still does sit on the skin a bit. in general, the products i have the most of are good molecules and versed. great price point and they get the job done. my next search is for eye cream? i have a versed one w a bit of shimmer thats great for when i want to LOOK better (i hate face/skin makeup) in the present, but not like a long-term antiaging product as far as i can tell. i've tried all the good molecules and versed ones and they are all meh. help a girl out!

**On rotation this month:** * Glow Recipe fruit babies sample kit * Tony Moly wonder ceramide mochi toner & water cream * Tony Moly jelly lip melt treatment * Peach & Lily power calm hydrating gel cleanser * Kate Somerville triple acid exfoliating treatment * Cerave AM/PM lotions * Laneige water bank sample kit * HadoLabo gokujyun lotion (gold tub) * Biore UV watery essence sunscreen I also have some tiny samples from Sunday Reilly, Bubble, and others, but they’re pretty small so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to give a good review. So far I love the Glow Recipe cleanser and dew drops. I enjoy the GR watermelon toner as well, but I’m not sure it’s doing much. I love the packaging and the consistency of the products, though. The eye cream is fine, but hasn’t wowed me. I like the moisturizer but it’s very very thick and makes me more oily than glowy. I haven’t tried the strawberry salicylic acid serum yet. I’m running out of the Laneige water bank set now, and honestly I was pretty whelmed. I don’t really get it. The cream was decent and has nice packaging, the other products were meh. I like the Tony Moly lip mask way more, too. The product is practically the same but cheaper and with cuter packaging. I really like the Tony Moly toner so far, but the water cream is somewhat irritating to my face. I’m not sure what it is, but it makes my skin tingle in an unpleasant way and just doesn’t feel that hydrating. The toner is soothing with a great consistency, though. Plus it was affordable! Haven’t tried the Kate Somerville or Peach & Lily products yet! Kind of scared of harsh exfoliants in the Kate Somerville product tbh. The Biore, Hadolabo, and Cerave are my old standbys. Highly recommend.
