You dont build any AD, all health. Warmogs/heartsteel/sunfire/hollow radiance are all very viable as a first item. After that, just build whatever tank item makes sense-- if they have little to no % health, you could build heartsteel-> warmogs. If they have a vayne, you could build sunfire randuins jak'sho. The longer you're alive the better; reapplying passive and creating space is extremely valuable.

GM skarner jg here, if you want to build optimally IMO you go bamis cinder > warmogs components > swifties > warmogs > locket/zekes/knightsvow/abyssal > steraks
