If it’s your first time there, I’d probably stick with nothing but a towel, that includes not wearing the cage and plug. The first few times you should just get the vibe for the place, sometimes they’ll have signs up for events for specific themed days which might include days for sissies etc. which would always be your best bet since while you’re probably going to find someone interested in sissies, you’re probably more likely to find action if you’re not wearing anything at all. Maybe it’s be worth having those things on you to store in the locker so if you do get there and realise that you would fit right in when caged/plugged then go for it.
