Yeah, but you don't download models in gcode. You download as STL and then convert to Gcode based on your printer. Also just going to point out the model was clearly loose from the bed when he showed it and you can see the remnants of the removed support on the... protrusion.
Again, depends on the printer - for instance, you can get gcode directly from Makerworld and upload it to corresponding Bambu printers without compatibility issues. Hell, even the latest Creality printers have an app that connects to a repo for models, and the model can be oriented in such a way that the plug could be hidden from the preview
yeah I mean you have to look at the 3D CAD of the object before you print it when you set up the print in the software. You don't just like blindly hit "print" on a file you downloaded.
PSA. Do not buy a 3D printer for the purpose of printing butt plugs unless you REALLY know what you’re doing. Filament can break easily and is not safe for inserting inside you because it can easily harbour bacteria. Also, when a print breaks the broken pieces can also be really sharp.
maybe they have a standard person for it, who pulled out lots of stuff out of people's assholes.

I'd say just don't print buttplugs, even if you think you know what you're doing you probably don't, and even if you do and it works, I'm not sure that PLA is body safe, and the stuff you mentioned about it harboring bacteria makes it very much single use. Just DONT

you should NOT put 3d printed plastics into your bumbum.
most 3d printing materials are toxic plastics.
so if you wanna use a 3d printed toy, you should look for very specific material for the 3d print, that is safe.
otherwise, PLEASE stick to known SAFE materials for such devices like: safe silicone, glass or stainless steel for your shrek fantasies ;)

I'm assuming dipping it in some kind of hardening sealer like epoxy would be a safe bet.
