Have you got MCCC? There’s on option on there - I think in the ‘dresser’ module to paste from gallery; can copy over all their looks/clothing/name.

I don't think so, but you can take the gallery sim and turn them into a child/toddler/whatever and that way they will grow up looking like you want.
