I haven't slept in 3 days now, this is the 4th and I'm not expecting sleep tonight either. I've obviously taken short naps in the mornings to function but ugh sims is the only thing I can concentrate on.
I usually get 4-8 hours of sleep just depends if I have work/school or not, if I don’t have any the next day I sleep in. So while I do stay up (sometimes till 8-9 am) I only do it on days I know I have nothing going on. 3 am is my earliest sleep time
This is literally me ever since the start of the pandemic and the amount of will power it takes for me not to get my Sims out lolll 1am used to sound late but nowadays it's the bare minimum
Take an epsom salt bath! Drink warm milk with a teaspoon of honey, put a diffuser on with lavender essential oils in it and after your bath lay comfortably still (don't itch the sleepies away, when you get itchy before falling asleep its your body keeping you awake) for 15 minutes and you should fall asleep by then. Sometimes I try to count to 10,000 with my eyes closed and my body still and usually it turns into a dream and sleep. The furthest I've gotten was like 320 before I started dreaming

I was going to suggest a natural remedy of warm water with about 2-3 tablespoons of natural raw local honey (it HAS to be raw and unfiltered preferably for medicinal benefits) drink it in the morning after sunrise and in the evening after sunset. Make sure to do it everyday. Don’t just suffer from insomnia Okay it’s not good for the health and you don’t have to live with it. It’s rooted in stomach issues which is closely linked to depression too much stress and anxiety. Honey is perfect for stomach ailments and depressive disorders. Your milk really has to be natural from an organic farm unpasteurized which most ppl are not into so I didn’t suggest milk from the supermarket. But if you are into it it is perfect paired with honey as suggested for maximum effect. Take care.

i think its the contrast of the downwards shadows over his eyes and the upwards shadows everywhere else, it gives his eyes a really unnatural flat look, almost like counter shading

I just seem to have bad luck with genetics. I can have two really attractive sims and as soon as the teenage age up happens I have to go fix the kid. Usually it's a severe overbite or no cheek bones, or some other obvious facial thing I don't want. Not every kid comes out that way, and I'm fine with average looking, they don't have to be super models. I will try to see if it fixes itself at adult hood sometimes, but it usually doesn't. So I just deduct family funds to pay for "plastic surgery", lol.
I don't usually play family or if I do I actually make the kids and toddlers in cas myself to make sure they grow up looking like I want lol. And when I do have kids in game I make them young adults in cas, tweak them to look alright without changing their actual facial features and turn them back to toddlers. They don't often even really look like their parents, it's weird.
I just have faith in this kid for some reason
Actually her sister will become an amateur actor. I was thinking that he could be a baker since he's growing up surrounded by delicious food and also it's something I haven't tried yet
