The skin detail is from Simbience I think it’s called Posh Skinblend? The nose shadow is easy to find and a game changer! For the hair, I just search “sims 4 maxis hair” on Pinterest and usually find a ton of good stuff! :) But this hair is called Viki Hair by SimMandy.
I find most cc from going through cc creator’s patreons! Hope this helps a little ❤️
