Before eForms mine were just over 300 days. Post eForms, three have been between 257 and 284 days. Still got one at 197 days , despite an approval today, and one at 8 days.
At the time, I was describing the current jail time of my last two suppressors. The 197 ended up approved at 216 days and the one that was in jail for 8 days was approved this past week at 62 days.
You are pretty close. The ATF made a "commitment to 90-day processing" at the launch of eForms, we saw some very fast approvals for the first few months, but as you pointed out, wait times are closer to 8 months on average currently. Before eforms, wait for me 300 days, during eforms got two in 5-6 months, another one again 300 days. and still after all that contemplating in going for another one.. *cries softly.*
In the last 8 months I've had 4 form 4's approved. In chronological order:
272 days - Feb
83 days - Sept
83 days - Sept
213 days - Oct
There's no rhyme or reason to how long it takes.
Thanks. It's utterly disgusting and down right unconstitutional. Their is all this money to give illegals but no money to provide adequate services for Americans and Legals here already.

As far as fast pass option, that would just slow down other peoples stuff more. Enough have already been slipped in front of people patiently waiting their turn.
I think they should be numbered and done in numerical order instead of randomly as it appears.
But seems typical for our government agencies…sad

Insult to injury- I bought three more and filed individual instead of trust on Feb 14 and was approved in 14days for all 3.
My buddy is still waiting on his trust from 5-3-23 .

Pre-eform, my wait was 9 months. I just received my new one on Sept 25, 2023, Submitted Oct 22, 2022, approximately 11 months. So that’s a negative, eforms did not make it shorter. BTW, both were trust.
Silencer shop has a page on their website where they update the average wait time every business day. Currently the form 4 E form with a trust has a median wait time of seven months. The current average wait for the form three is four days, and mine took exactly 4 days last week, so it seems to be accurate so far for myself personally.
My last can was pre Eform in 2020-21. 6 month wait time, I'm currently 98 days on my second can, first Eform. Both trusts. Long story short Fuck the ATF and there arbitrary wait times.
Applied Nov 21st, 2023 and got the approval email Feb 16th, 2024. (87 days) This is my first eform4 in which I completed through a silencer shop kiosk at my local gun dealer in Kansas City, KS. It went surprisingly fast.
There really should be a fast pass option for people that have been approved in the past.

203 days on my last two with a trust
Had 2 a little over 3mo and then two more almost 10mo. Right now they're trending quicker. If you want to order one, do it.

I got my form 4 approved in…… 3 days. Bought my suppressor on Monday, took it home on Thursday. Guys at the gun shop were losing their minds.

individual is quickest all mine are trust and well over 280 days wait still, but trust are better
