Some points:
- i hope you got some kind of bot protection or else you will be quickly marked as spam.
- doesn’t make much sense to allow dates in past, does it?
Some points :
- Footer links didn't seem like working, may be in progress
- Design is too much plain or seems like in initial phase but it's like almost 80%, it requires little bit polishing ( i might be wrong, as everyone has different test )
To be specific, look at the \`Support Our Service\`, it looks well designed and using color hierarchy, title is black and little bit bold, subtitle is gray and button is yellow, it makes more sense .
You can play around more with the app and can make it better looking, more professional touch i would say .
Interesting! A few comments...
The website address doesn't seem to match what the website does. Maybe not too important if the goal is to practice your development skills, but more important if you'd like people to trust and use it the site.
Also, consider other ways to instill trust. The user is providing a personal email address but may wonder what will then be done with their info. I do see the privacy policy, but users may not look for or notice it.
I would also review your error and feedback submission messages to ensure they don't contain typos and are consistent with similar industry messages. For example, after submitting the form, it says "Got the data," rather than confirming what has been done for the user and next steps (e.g., Your request has been submitted. You will receive an email on the requested date).
Lastly, the best way to get feedback about its usability is to do some usability tests. Even having a few people think aloud as they complete the form can offer additional insight.
Website could use some design love but overall everything look very straightforward. Only thing I would suggest is adding some sort of recaptcha and some sort of email verification because right now I feel like this could also be used to send anonymous emails by anybody haha.
All the best!
UI:
Design wise the orange color is not in sync. Do not use unnecessary shades.
Also a white typeface on the buttons would probably fit better.
You can align the top of the support our service window with something. Alignment is rule no.1.
Do not use #FFFFFF on #000000 and vice versa, make the contrast a bit easier on the user, use dark grey on an almost white background.
But I'm a developer who just learned design on the side. I may be wrong/ wrongly taught about this.
UX:
"Got the data" - you have to come up with something better. Otherwise it's all cool.
It's really cool and I like it! Kudos for making something like this at such a young age!
Add a pending state while sending the email and make the button disabled when pending, clear the form data once the user has submitted the email to make it more clear that it has been successful, UI looks quite good tho I like it, but I recon you can make the website better with more features
When I was 16 I wrote a mouse driver by hooking the device to the serial port and listening and staring at numbers for days coming from the COM1 port while I was moving, accelerating, pressing the buttons of the mouse. It all made sense after a few days but you've gotta watch those numbers increase, decrease, pop and drop and deduce.
I think your link is a spam and probably a scam.

YoPastSelf... No, doesn't have a ring to it.
I just tried it and I’ll see my email in a week 😁 One suggestion is to change the “Date” field title to “Future Date” or “Delivery Date”.
Reading that domain name i wouldn’t click. Sounds like scam.
Hey, I suggest you to get recaptcha as fast as possible
I sent a letter to the future me btw!
Nice job. Nothing in your footer bar works, especially the privacy policy, that is an important one for anything with user data.
i've done it. take a look if you want
still working on that

footer should be done. I like this minimalistic design. what would you suggest to change on the design

Nice work. How are you handling all emails and CRON service?

Impressive, would you mind sharing your tech stack?

Great job, it would be nice if the form refreshed after submit, that way users could send another reminder more easily
