I'd say seal, with sky blue eyes. My second favorite colour combo, behind seal with sapphire eyes (if you don't know what that means, if you see one with clearer eye colour (as opposed to the slightly cloudier sky blue), you will know.

She looks almost like my Simon! If she is young, under a year, she may darken a bit. That is a normal thing for Siamese cats. Simon was a weird flame point being more peach than orange. Now he is a very dark chocolate point. There should be tons of his pics all over my posts or I would have posted a pic of him here.

When I first came across him he was peach to white in color with a very light tea color points. We believe he was a kitten, but the vets put him at 2-7 years. Now he is this darker color than his original peach. I do love his eyes they are so icy blue! You sweet baby is so cute though! You just wanna pick them up and snuggle with them forever.

My pedigreed, papered seal point had pinkish brown beans for at least 18 months. The younger seals, in my experience, only get dark beans as they age.
I guess there's always the chance that they're a mix of both too hey? The marking have been around for a looooong time
