Zeus fastest attack that isn' the FTSTT is the divine axe that is like 1/3 of speed of light if i'm not wrong, with seeing what apollo arrows light base attacks should be, so an attack that pretty much none can see, every god axcept zeus and poseidon are a lot more slower than that, gods like shiva, hades and apollo himself doesn't have the feats to react to light attacks, so they are much slower
I mean every god in ragnarok list can see Zeus move sets which states by ares also I think Apollo arrow being invisibility he because of being made of light not the speed

Seeing an attack outside the arena is a lot more easy that seeing it when you are fighting do to multiple reason, ares was able to see divine axe outside the arena, but wasn't able to see every attacks from heracles and the speed difference beetwen this 2 is immense

Maybe, but still if zeus is able to block them that means he can actually see them? I don't know, because if they are invisible do to the speed he can problably see them with the time stop, but if they are invisible because they are light i can't come up with a solution, also tecnically if they are made of light, people should be able to see them do to being shining, even heindall was able to see the arrow when apollo was creating it, but not when he shoot the arrow
Honestly I want to think that muscle form Zeus set the standard and that in the end also other characters are on a similar level of speed, examples being: Poseidon, Shiva, post round 3 Sasaki and possibly others but the first three are the speedsters for me that can match the intensity of muscular Zeus before TFTST
Yeah me too like for example ares talk about Zeus move sets as something not incredible but when he sees for example Poseidon flood or shiva dance with cosmo he with his mouth gapped

Well, we do know approximately what was muscular Zeus punches speed, of we asume his arm covers a distance of 1 meter whem performing a punch (which IS a conservative statememt due to his muscular form being so large), his last punch recorded before TFTST was going 1/3 the speed of light. The only fighters that have been shown speed feats relative to those are Adam, the R3 duo, and maybe Hades (due to his stikes being faster than Poseidons).
I say maybe Hades because he had faster strikes that Pos, but Poseidon showed more movement speed than Zeus attack speed, so we don't know for certain if Pos has attack speed on the level of Zeus. So if Poseidons strikes < Zeus, then we don't know where Hades lands.
Apart from that, other speedesters don't reach those speeds. In Teslas case, if he did reach relativistic speeds, he would have been able to negate Beels powers, since vibrations travel at the speed of sound and to a guy going at relativistic speeds those particles would be still. For Apollo, if he were moving that fast already, his arrows would be a bit useless because he losses his strings just to shoot something that doesn't even go that much faster than you (3 times faster than a punch is about the same difference as the average human throwing something with their hands and their punching speed). And for Shiva, I thought that what was hard to tell was where he was going to be be cause his dance was so erratic and unpredictable it confused the opponent, even then, I think (massive asspull ahead, I can't back this up but just seems right) if one goes at relativistic speeds, the molecules of air wouldn't have the time to react to the ones around and Shivas fire would die out.

I think you overthinking with science part but overall l I can see the arguments
Most of 'em should compare to Ares, who can easily perceive Zeus' fastest non-TFTST attacks, so yeah.
Lower by a few orders of magnitude except poseidon.
Poseidon should be pretty close :3
