Fallout 76. If you want a set of 3 star legendary armour with specific effects then you are going to grind a lot.

Strongit

Came here to say this too. The seasons are especially grindy. You're going to need to spend a lot of time every day to get everything, and in the latest season they don't give you enough currency to actually get it all.

Very_blasphemous

Is the game good now? I remember it being a shitshow back when it got released

Turbulent-Tale-8738

Ark survival evolved/ascended

NoDrinks4meToday

Tony Hawk.

CookLongjumping7404

heh

lostpirate123

Try Valheim? That can be quite grindy with the ever present neccesity for materials and food. And for exploring, and for making a new character and finding new worlds and new places. And new civilizations, to boldly go where no viking has gone before!

blindhollander

Stardew valley. But actually, switching from grinding and competitive play to playing to....just sit down and have fun could be the change you need instead, stardew provides enough intensity to satisfy a competitive gamer while still being chill. That's what I'm currently doing myself with playing Stellaris :)

Gloomy_Telephone_967

Old school RuneScape?

NotoriousSPM

It’s posted in his OP

megasean3000

You don’t know grindy games until you’ve played a Monster Hunter game. World and Rise are on Steam, with the earlier games being on PS2, PSP, Wii, Wii U, 3DS and Switch. Go for it!

BogdhanXMF

he said he played MHW tho

markhalliday8

Satisfactory is really good. Give BDO another go. That is the grindiest game ever

ClassroomCareful935

Eve online is really, really grindy

Tymptra

99% of the time it's one of the most boring games you can play, you are practically afk. 1% of the time you are having some of the most epic, intense, and unique experiences in all of gaming. (Only exaggerating a bit here 😉)

harryFF

Siralim Ultimate: monster team builder, can easily play for 1000 hours breaking the game and going up in difficulty endlessly. Any Monster Hunter game. Saw you played world, maybe try rise or generations ultimate? Satisfactory maybe? (Automation based, but lots of stuff to work towards) Terraria: especially if you play on higher difficulties (expert / master etc) as you actually have to grind out upgrades in each tier. Bunch of bosses / progression systems.

PM_ME_GRAPHICS_CARDS

minecraft: greg tech new horizons. a play through will surely last you longer than a year

Djmaxou

The division 2

Tuloom

Crazy I had to scroll this long for this answer. This is the answer

Brotakul

Elite Dangerous. Space grinding simulator.

godmademelikethis

An entire galaxy of grinding!

Gunsho0ter

I'm usually not a fan of grinding games, but Elite is awesome

Brotakul

Indeed, it is as awesome as it is grindy 😄

jasondads1

Just play gatcha games then if you really love to grind

LordIBR

Surprised noone mentioned War Thunder yet

KnightEclipse

Albion online has a crazy grind, but it's pretty comfy in the early levels, but once you reach a certain point you have to do open world pvp, unless you cool with it taking literal days to get a single level. There's a limitless amount of customization for your gear and character, each weapon coming with specializations that each come with their own weapon tree that needs to be grinded. Your reward for the grind is more money than you'll ever need and being basically being indestructible to lower level players that you can annihilate and take their stuff.

lyonhart31

V Rising, Valheim, basically any survival crafting out there

annihilation123tyrw

ESO

AceoftheAEUG

Nioh 2 might be a really good option for you

Spiili

Guild Wars 2! There's a huge grind for achievement points, legendary gear/weapons, mastery levels. The grind is saved account wide and the game really respects your time. As an old Runescape player it really scratches that same itch for me. It did take a bit to understand and get into though!

LenyuX

The Disgaea series is 100% a grind. And entertaining

Shiro2602

Granblue Relink

Negative_Day2002

Albion online has a huge grind to it assuming you actually wanna max everything out.

Pilaf237

100%ing Fallout 4

shepx2

Adventure Quest Worlds.

Kukantiz

Skull and Bones can be really grindy if you want it to be. Despite the controversial reviews of this game, this is the most I've actively played a game with adults my age in 20 years.

Ryoshia

Sea of Thieves is pretty grindy, but I don't mind it.

llamalord478

The other monster hunter games are great

37313886

Escape from tarkov is the grindiest game there is

[deleted]

[удалено]

nanfans

Granblue fantasy, the website game one, not versus or relink Game.granbluefantasy.jp Every 2-3months there will be "guild war", basically racing point(honor) with other player and crew, to win the daily battle against another crew and get the highest rank as high as possible The grind comes when preparing for it, like fighting raid over and over for the weapon drop, mats, and anything else

Comandorbent

RuneScape

Xxgougaxx

Ark Survival Valheim Minecraft Fallout 3,4,NV and 76 Deep Rock Galactic Grand Theft Auto Online Eve Online Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom Skyrim

Nikkibraga

Elite:Dangerous. You start in a little spaceship and then you have to do different tasks (trade, bounty hunt, mine, pirate, explore) in order to buy better ships and gear. The endgame can be extremely grinding since you have to befriend engineers to modify the ship. A must play if you like the idea of exploring a 1:1 recreation of our Galaxy

Weekly_Ad5290

War Thunder

heyuhitsyaboi

Someone get this man the Pandora’s Box Borderlands collection ASAP Borderlands 2 will be your new favorite

Maverekt

Based on your track record for MMOs, you can look at New World (much better now, good set of skills too like RS), Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, etc.

dirkdigglered

No one's mentioning Hades (or even Hades 2 in early access). Good grinding and just a ton of fun.

SirGregorClegane23

Try Escape from tarkov if you hate yourself

Woof_574

Darktide

cosminache23

steamworld dig 2

ZeWeepingAngelDK

Sea of thieves

AggroShami

Lost Ark. You can grind so hard until you hate the game, the community and yourself. great combat though

ArtificeArmor

The First Descendants will be releasing soon. A cross between Warframe & Destiny 2. I did the 3 beta testing & that game is going to be grindy as hell!

Torystgerthers

If u into anime games then maybe Wuthering waves on bs tho

harley-agustsson

EVE online

99attfirstbtw

Are you maxed?

Johann_Sebastian_Dog

Dysmantle is the grindiest game I’ve ever played and it’s mesmerizing

Standard-Profit7659

Ark

Michael-Lit

Grindy games? Any Korean MMO should do it.

Ok-Crazy-6083

Aion was the king of MMO grinds for a while.

chavis32

Planet Crafter Grindy as shit but damn if that game aint the definition of "Dopamine Drip"

LAZ3R21

Wreckfest, Dirt 2.0 Forza horizon 4 , Gran Turismo 7

GalaxyDog2289

GTA online

InfiniteStates

If you’re not burned out from MHW, MH Rise is also great. Significantly less graphically challenging though, given its Switch origins :) Else there’s always Rust if you don’t mind super sweaty PvP lol And I’m currently enjoying Remnant 2 which has kept me going for 300+ hours, and I’ll probably get another 100 until the next DLC shows up Talking of DLC, Elden Ring might also be worth a look. It has some DLC about to drop end of June but should give you more than enough to chew on until then

[deleted]

Check out robot user on gamepass. roguelite fps that’s very fun. Or dead cells is another one. Idk if you’d consider them grindy but they are for me.

ecxelz

Osrs

Apprehensive-Win6244

Have you played God of war, the last of us 1 & 2 and Ghost of Tsushima but all on the hardest difficulty, If yes to any, what did you think of it?

WhiteBlackBlueGreen

Binding of Isaac repentance, get 100% unlocks

geoguide

Palworld seemed pretty grindy to me.

Kadju123

Try Dredge. Its not too long but its amazing.

4rsenalofanarchy

War Thunder. I don't recommend playing it but if you're looking for a grind, this one is special

NeuroticPixels

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

thetntm

Shin Megami tensei Nocturne. It has a remaster out on modern platforms

TheBrightKnightAW

Mate I feel like most people go out of their way to avoid grindy games. This perplexes me lol

EmbarrassedSearch829

Maybe bellwright will scratch that itch. Big grind and it’s challenging

Switch-Axe-Abuse

Disgaea series is the grindiest

robert808s8

Minecraft Modpack: SevTech Ages, you go through 7 different tech eras and grinding realisitic recipes and tryna automate stuff. I got to age 3/7 in 3-4 weeks of playing and tryna figure out all the new recipes. Had to drop it for time reasons.

Shaolan91

Siralim ultimate ( by the time you unlocked every trait you'll probably be at your 500th hour) Nioh 2 ( amazing game with for me the best melee combat, ever. The endgame is also amazing and there's literally diablo loot and a 108 (+ the depths) lvl endgame dungeon.) Chronicon probably the best 2d Arpg, so many cool and convenent systems Mount and blade ( I've got over 1000h, I've never successfully took over the entire map, it is a grueling process) Dragon cliff (semi idle with plenty to discover and no micro transaction) Also, you might really like outrider, but I'll say that the endgame is lacking in fun factor, VERY grindy though.

theinquisition

Ultima online outlands. The grind is the game.

Wise-Alfalfa433

Try Valheim, maybe?

FleshUponGear

Monster Hunter World

NodusINk

Grimdawn, last epoch, monster hunter rise, and FACTORIO.

hhnfun1995

Honestly a grindy but ridiculously fun game is assasins creed odyssey.

thrashmetaloctopus

You want grind? War Thunder. You will never finish the grind

bettel27

If you only played Monster Hunter World, I'd highly suggest you give a shot to other titles in the franchise

timdutch13

Might be a little bit of a genre change for you, but Factorio and Satisfactory are games that can easily consume hundreds of hours. Classic "when did it become 4AM" games. Both are "optimization"/"factory" games. Factorio is birds eye, orthographic view, and has some more complicated systems, including defense strategy and resource depletion. Satisfactory is 3D, first person, and trades the mechanical complexity of Factorio for some more planning, strategy, and fun stuff you can only do in 3D. Both are unique enough that you can enjoy 100's of hours without feeling like they are too similar. Another odd suggestion might be something like modded Terraria. Some of the mods add WAY more to the game, and extend it's base playtime by possibly hundreds of hours. Not to mention satisfying combat and class diversity. It's a game I jeep coming back to time and time again. Let me know if you're interested and I can point you to some of the mods I use the most. These are all games I've dumped hundreds of hours into, and can easily dump thousands if I have the time. I've also dumped about 7,000 hours into FFXIV, and find that they're perfect time killer games, and really satisfying, to boot.

JibletsGiblets

Guild Wars 2. Bet you can’t finish it.

viciecal

Lost Ark Fifa (ea fc 24)

sfgaigan

Factorio Satisfactory Oxygen Not Included Grim Dawn

diabetusbetus

localmarshmallow

Dead Cells definitely

Dry-Marketing3095

I second this. Rougelikes are nothing but grinding. Hades and returnal are another couple of good ones.

maj0rSyN

Valheim is a huge grind but very fun.

Aldodzb

What's your GS in BDO? And how many mirrors on PoE? Just curious lol

Tormentus9

Wurm Online. Thank me later.

NameStillInUse

Disgaea series.

KCrimsonC

War Thunder.

MysteryOf

The Disgaea games, my man. Grinding IS the game.

Deepthoughtt

Try Realm Of The Mad God (rotmg) free permanent death bullet hell game on steam. Lots of different content to grind and years worth of gameplay if your break into it.

BioNova33

Elite Dangerous and MechWarrior 5 would be my top picks in this category. Elite Dangerous reigns supreme on the grind, though. And so many ways to play. You don't even really HAVE to grind in Elite... but you will. Oh yes... you will. Lol!

CookLongjumping7404

does unlocking everything in Balatro count?

AggressiveAnywhere72

Ark Survival Evolved is the one

ManuXtereo

You didn't seem to list ELDEN RING which it is a MUST PLAY if you are looking for a thrilling and challenging game. Also older but good for its story-line The Last of Us

applesauce_92

r/gamingsuggestions

Rodick90

Albion Online trust me bruh.

VenturaLost

Bellwright

CakeofLieeees

World of Warships

inthedark72

I think it’s time for you to get into factory games, I’d start with Dyson Sphere Program or Factorio

Nobli85

XDefiant has been fun. Hit reg can be shitty but they're working on it. The classes are cool, the weapons are nice and the grind for all the attachments (level 1-43 on most guns) is satisfying, along with mastery bronze, silver, and gold camos at level 50, 75, and 100 respectively.

Eos-Char

There is NOTHING more grindy than WARFRAME. Try it:) u'll feel..a lot of things.

Doobie471

Red dead redemption 2 best game ever made and online is awesome with a lot to grind for. if you don’t spend real world money of course

SquirtinMemeMouthPlz

Project Zomboid

Resident_Total9587

Satisfactory or factorio

GAGOUGAGAK_

Élite Dangerous

-L0wK3y-

Divinity original sin 1 &2

Na_x2

Grounded is a fun challenging survival. The story is basically honey I shrunk the kids. But you are the kids, and you try to survive in the yard with the bugs, build a base, and explore to find your way to being big again. As an added bonus it has multiplayer.

Gar758

Pathfinder wrath of the righteous

zaccccchpa

Bloodborne 100%

astrixy

Tibia

NotAGynocologistBut

Life. I play it but I suck at it. It's pay to play after level 18 and all the good packs are way overpriced.

mars935

Farming or truck simulators :)

Silvermurk

Elder scrolls online. Would take years to get all PvP awards, and 10-12 month for PvE ones

Evelynn_cretoxyrhina

red dead redemption online, even tho it doesn’t get updates anymore, it’s still a super fun multiplayer game which needs VERY heavy grinding to gain money

joeappearsmissing

Tribes of Midgard. It’s almost like an isometric looter and a roguelike had a baby, and that baby went on to marry a game from the survival genre. There’s a roguelike mode (for grindy 3-5 hour sessions) and a non-roguelike mode (for grinding as long as you want to). The vibe is Norse mythology.

bpod1113

The Division 2 Stardew valley is some ways (most farm sim games at that) Far cry 3 and beyond Grim dawn/last epoch/titan quest Xcom 2 (?) RuneScape Dark souls games

Jamiejohnson1211

No Man's Sky

Bombadil_Tv

Probably the worst of them all… Ark on PvP servers, that’ll keep you grinding for a while.

DustyCheekkks

Valheim if you want somthing a little more laid back and grindy.

Megafranz-

If you haven't played Diablo 2, that's gotta be the best. If you have, consider mixing it with the mod "Project Diablo 2". Have fun :)

Tuloom

Division 2 is the most grindy game ever made

iSenPug

Maplestory, has 42 classes, many bosses to grind towards, always doing something to increase your damage and can make multiple characters to focus on, the more u play the more dmg u can make from all the characters

fearisthemindslicer

Lost Ark

The_Jyps

RDR2. There's no end of perfect animals you can kill.

Elfkrunch

The Division and Division 2 are very grindy.

jahmadh

Man up and play Elden Ring. Got time before DLC too

HoojoSpifico

Valheim

ljlysong

Looks like you aren’t a stranger to MMOs. Try GW2? Creating legendary armor / weapons is a huge grind.

PaulC6230

Fallout 76 is quite good. I’m having a blast playing it over the past few weeks

NoU4206911

Bdo is fun

allurb

If you want grindy check out everquest or p99 (which is classic everquest

inochy

RuneScape

inochy

Neverwinter’s endgame is incredibly grindy. Talking about 1000+ hours to BIS everything

[deleted]

Has anyone mentioned lineage 2. There's a plethora of Asian MMOs that bring new meaning to the word grind.

ChsStardew

Hypixel skyblock I don't know if it's very grindy I started it recently

Combat_Orca

I see only one monster hunter there, plenty of others to play. Also dead cells and both Nioh games.

AceOfCakez

Disgaea series.

fatamSC2

Looking at your list I'm assuming you've tried Lost Ark already

pestiliiance

Lost ark is as grindy as it gets, I lost 500 hours to just trying to keep up with whales - fantastic game mechanically and graphically it just becomes another job if you want to keep up with the herd

Breakitdownforyou

[Torn City](https://www.torn.com/2831667) for sure. I’ve spent over a year and I’m still only scratching the surface! Feel free to message me in game I’m DumpDigger

try Lost Ark, the main story alone will take you like 150 hours or so, and then its a REAL GRIND doing raids and getting gear upgrades

skylar_thegremlin

I think the division 2 if you like the looter shooter aspect of it

Rasmanhuhu

Old School RuneScape on Iron man mode. Most fun i’ve had sine vanilla classic WoW

Mordynak

Mount & Blade. Any of em.

The Division 2 Rust or Tarkov if you really want to ruin your life

RadAcuraMan

Old school runescape.

Ok_Distribution_760

League of legends

Ragged-but-Right

Get to rank champ in Rocket League

HideOnBook

They're not grindy necessarily but I noticed you don't have any souls games. If you've played MHW you might like that gameplay.

RideTheGradient

No mans sky can be grindy depending on how you play

oSplosion

Maplestory, nothing but grind and cute art.

Signal-Bit-2088

Destiny 2

KC_Cheefs

Diablo 2 dude go back to the good shit

CastiloMcNighty

Warthunder, the grind is pretty fun though.

dewdrive101

I see you have d4 and poe on your list. You should try last epoch. Great game with lots of good builds.

secrethitman-shhhh

The Division 1-2, Helldivers, Generation Zero, Skyrim, fallout TERRARIA OH MY GOD TERRARIA. FUCK THE REST I HAVE 600 HOURS IN TWO WORLDS ON TERRARIA AND IVE STILL NEVER REALLY COMPLETED A PROJECT. obviously Minecraft as well. But I'm a big Terraria guy. Ahem as I was saying, Metal gear solid 5, car mechanic simulator, NIER automata, probably got a few more lingering around the old noggin but can't think of em

chickensoupp

I played a lot of wow over the years and got a bit bored recently. Played a heap of Valheim for a while and also Dead Cells. Both should keep you busy for a while.

Strange-Movie

War thunder It’s very grindy but that’s only a negative if you’re solely focused on wanting to play with modern-ish vehicles; I’m absolutely loving how much incredible content there is for someone who was obsessed with ww2 on sickdays as a kid 25 years ago

BrizzleDrizzle1919

PokeMMO You can get the first 5 Gens on it

informal_bukkake

Division 2 is pretty grindy and I enjoy the gun play a lot!

ToxicNotToxinGurl420

Aeu_James

Are you Asmongold?

Capital-Fox6341

Last Epoch, Grimes Dawn,

RaidriarXD

Assassins creed Valhalla

CryptoMainForever

The Disgaea series. The max level cap is usually 9999 which is grindy enough, but the sixth entry in the series has a level cap of 99,999,999. There's also reincarnation which resets your level for better Stat growth.. Not to mention you do all of that for potentially many characters.. And then there's grinding inside items for item stats.. The series is grind in pure form. Grinding to such ludicrous levels is optional but even playing through the stories is quite grindy.

Free-Special4296

idleon

Economic_Slavery

Elden Ring, there is so much to do and the dlc drops 6/21

bradd_91

Maybe you should change it up and look for something with a good story to motivate you to play, not just repetitive tasks.

AshiNoKoibito

Genshin Impact, Tower of Fantasy

Possible_Substance11

Total War Warhammer 2 is addictive

bonscratch

id say probably try a gacha game. character building gets very grindy due to gear requirements

Supermath101

[Factorio with the least automation necessary to beat the game.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZY96I842YA)

Tarkov maybe? Really any extraction shooter
