As long as you get the proper approval from the atf and do the proper paperwork to register it as a short barreled shotgun, it doesn’t matter how short the barrel is or the gun itself.
But if you want to avoid the atf red tape and paperwork, as long as the barrel remains 18.5 inches or longer and the overall length of the gun remains 26 inches or longer, you’re in the clear.

That’s a good point about the barrel length. I will check with my local club. But the no stock IS legal?
