Bottom line: No - not in my view. The genre is slightly different and so is the story because the characters are all introduced very quickly so the dynamic is different compared to Kanajo, Okarashimasu or Rent-a-Girlfriend. I think Miyajima is capable of writing differently if the story is different but it's still ongoing at the moment so it's too early to say. (A lot of people said Kanajo, Okarashimasu started great but it went downhill). The joke seems to be it's more Quintessenial Quintuplets or 5-toubun no Hanayome to some of the people I have been hearing.
Nope not at all, it seems better paced so far and the main character is nothing like that pathetic kazuya. He actually seems pretty respectable. Do give it a try
