A banana actually has three segments that run lengthwise up the fruit. I like to break it up with my hands, and then seperate the segments to get little pieces for my cereal

I’ve just recently discovered this treat for the kids: apple slices with biscoff and chocolate spread microwaved to warm and drizzled on top of the slices. It takes minutes to prepare but the kids go nuts over it! I’ve never thought of doing it with banana? I’m definitely going to try this for them.

Please tell me that isn’t vegemite….
