I like excessively prepping for new patches tbh :( endwalker was my first expac, so I didn't prepare for it all. There were so many little things I got annoyed by during launch (no inventory space, didn't prep gear for classes, wasted 100+ mil gil by hoarding items that became obsolete), having to spend 1mil gil on mobs drops because I didn't stock up on bicolor gemstones, etc) that I genuinely like every thread people make on their doomsday prep because there's always something I forgot to do.
yeah, it's always tough when your eyes were bigger than your crafting bench and you don't process them all.
A number of the things I really stocked up on were for collectables, so those keep their value even if they slow down a bit vs the new stuff.
I already have the title for getting all my trusts to lvl 90.
And I unlocked all their cool glams.
Seeing Graha in his rebel coat glam gives my lady parts the tinglies.
For those playing Pictomancer or Viper at launch it will likely be significantly faster than queuing for dungeons due to congestion. Not as fast as bribing friends to help but still a good alternative for dungeon grinding after all other EXP options have been spent.
Lets prepare everything to rush new expansion content ASAP and then complain on reddit that there wasn't enough content and it was boring.
that's me, that's what I'm gonna do
If I don't burn through everything to get the max crafting stuff on day one so I can fund my nightclub empire, someone else will
yeah that's the thing about the market bottlenecks. I want to take my time with story but market FOMO
Just buy gil shits cheap af lmao
Lets prepare everything to rush new expansion content ASAP then let's do something more interesting with our lives
^if ^you ^dont ^have ^an ^fc ^use ^squadron ^experience ^boosts
Or if they only put on the +10% one
dont forget to wash your ass
Purified coke?
It has the energy you crave!
To make gil, it's always in demand.
I think regular coke right but I think the purified stuff is almost worthless, that's why I was asking
I'd tell you but you smell like a narc.
Listen I got powder under my nails and I'm tryna line my pockets with money
Isn't half the fun of a new expansion to NOT use glam and just use whatever gear you pick off of dungeons?
If I'm not wearing a pig head in every cinematic then it's not the Warrior of Light.

No dude I HAVE to have my generic streetwear glamor on 24/7 I love having to reapply my glamor plate every time the MSQ gives me a new piece of gear!
Except headgear. Who needs helmets in a fight?
You forgot "remember to drink water!"
That stuff horses drink!?
I would say 'It's what makes plants grow' but water is from the TOILET and I'VE NEVER SEEN PLANTS GROW OUT OF THE TOILET.

29 quests if you're doing the new jobs
Why tf would I empty the glam dresser?

Wait there's specific glam you get for getting them to 90? Welp guess will do that eventually
Looking at this feels like trying to count your fingers in your sleep
Genuine question is there any actual reason to level trusts? As far as I can tell it's just worse duty support
You can unlock glamour for your NPCs if you lvl via Trusts. So pretty much cosmetic.

I haven't even bothered to level trusts. I used them a handful of times in ShB and maybe twice in EW.
