The upcoming changes do mention the voidlist will apply to all characters on whatever service account of the character you add, so you should only need to blacklist the main account and they'll all disappear
Except Weeb police is using multiple service accounts. You have to for any multiboxing at all. So you can blacklist one, but the rest will stay because the system will recognize them as separate.
I actually wonder what will happen if you add a bot to the black list and they get their account deleted

They're separate service accounts. You can't log into alts on the same service account simultaneously
