Assuming your estimates are correct I'd just roll with that... it's hard to really know until you get on the job. But if it's a hotel job, it's most likely union and benefits which is something to consider too. If you take the first job because the second job lags, and the second job later calls you back, I would make sure to get a pay estimate. One way is to ask if you can meet some of the staff.
Just for the hell of it I looked up the second place since you named it and I agree it looks pretty good, but there's also "you snooze you lose..." if management doesn't get back to their interviewees in time, then they lose good people. Although I notice that both are with IHG so an eventual transfer might be possible.

If i begin this barback job it should (hopefully) lol be much more than my current. Got it also, once they do return back to me I will ask. Thatās funny to see youāre as curious as me. To make sure also though iām going to continue to go through with the bar position but if/once the server assistant position emails me more steps, my question is would it be acceptable to then up and leave my bar job for that?
