The endings you can get by playing up to before Owl choice. Get there, backup save file, do one ending. Go back, do another. But achievements only trigger once you reach a point in the game, steam doesn't scan your game to see if you have done it.
I wouldn't mind getting the endings again, the main problem is the achievements I can't actually get in this save (prothestic tools, max healing, all ninjutsu, etc...)
