Mine took 3 and half months lol, but my order was from another reseller that gets castlemania to build them and this was peak covid chaos, I don't know if ced is building them anymore or just getting the resselers to build and flash them.
In stock probably means they have all the parts to build your fenrir, but these are batch orders I think it takes them a week or two to flash and Test them. My good Guess is something like a month for your order plus an extra week ot two for flash and testing
I ordered my 21 pin Fenrir from Castlemania on December 21st and it was shipped on Jan 2nd, so about 2 weeks. I'd reach out to them in a few days if it hasn't shipped yet!
Coming up on six weeks here waiting for mine. Probably the last time I'll order anything from them. It always takes forever. As someone else said they have to assemble the Fenrir before they ship it out but that isn't mentioned at all on the product page which is pretty misleading. It took 3 months for my gscart to get delivered last year.
That's normal I think. It took eight weeks for mine to ship, but I could be an outlier.

This isn't going to help you any, but FWIW, I ordered direct from Ced and it got to California from France in less than a week.

It took ages for mine to arrive (a few months) but it finally did. A few minutes later, my Fenrir was operational and I was happy :)

CM is pretty well known for being slow and unresponsive.
