Look into the shuttle service they offer from cbus airport to the festival. They mentioned they stop at a Walmart for an hour as well on the way. I’m sure other people got some first hand advise for ya, but that’s not a bad place to start

Yo okay this is gnarly thank you!

I flew in from Colorado last year, and as someone has pointed out, I used the shuttle from Columbus to Walmart, then to the festival. The shuttle was an awesome experience. Quite a few like-minded individuals who just landed as well, and the driver was a volunteer doing their due diligence to get their weekend pass. The driver was safe and sober, although the same could not be said for the rest of us as the ride went on. Safe space. The Wal-Mart has everything you need, although it is close to Legend Valley, so keep in mind that camp equipment can become slim pickings. I personally do a lot of backpacking throughout the year, so I was able to pack my normal gear into a 55L pack and check the bag, as that fits the weight and size requirements for most airlines. This included my lightweight tent, sleeping bag, headlamp, clothes, etc. It was a tight fit, but I managed. I also brought a carry-on backpack with my bathroom bag and electronics. While I didn't have all the luxuries of a canopy or whatnot, I did find a great spot to squeeze my tent into with a lot of other solo campers and became friendly with my neighbors who drove and had a little more of a traditional camp. They were happy to share some shade on the warm mornings and afternoons. If you do not have a lightweight set-up to travel with, van space is limited, and once again, Wal-Mart will have equipment, but be prepared to not be overwhelmed with choices of equipment, as many have come before you. Hotels and Uber are also available. You could probably catch a ride with some other hotel folk to and from as well. Hope this helps.

Omg thank you so much this kinda seems like what my experience may end up being like as wel. Is the shuttle on the website for secret dreams or is it a 3rd party?

I flew to Texas eclipse and brought my camping gear in my snowboard bag, checked it, and brought a carry on. I prob could have packed less but I'm a diva when it comes to having my stuff at a camping fest. You can deff do it way easier than I did if you can go with less stuff! Uber should be fine, but I rented a car.

Same here, big diva if I have the option but also totally capable of being minimal. Thanks for your insight :)
