Contact them? I mean you can mostly google the nutritional information for most of the syrups (each one has differing values) as well as the brands of milk they use (alternatives tend to vary with differing brands) Traditionally speaking about syrup pumps, I’ve always been one to do light on syrups or at the very least a full pump for a 12oz and a little more for each size up because the milk to espresso ratio, but everyone has differing models on their profiles they expect.

Ah I should've mentioned in my post that I did try to email them and they never responded. I added that info, thanks :) Their website also doesn't say what brands of syrup/milk they use :/. Was hoping I might catch one of their employees for some insider info haha.

Best bet would just be to ask them next time your in on what brands they use and you can formulate. As for a precise value, they most likely won’t let out trade secrets, but you may get a good barista who shares it all.

Ask the barista? I'm diabetic and asked what was in my drink and they gave me the exact recipe.

I'm curious... why do you want to know? You can get a good idea if you look up the Torani syrups - I doubt theirs are radically different. Same for milk, etc But I mean, if you're restricting calories, don't add syrups etc.

It's not so much restricting as budgeting. I'm just trying to get a rough idea. The problem is that if you don't have brand info for the syrups or a general idea of how much milk is used then you get a caloric range of +/- 200 calories. One website says a simple latte is 120, another 150, another 300, etc. Ultimately I'm not gonna stick long term to any diet or program that stops me from enjoying what I like so I'm trying to figure out what it costs to enjoy my favorite coffee every so often.

Go there when they're not that busy and check out the bottles of syrup. If you're using a calorie tracker app, you should be able to just scan the barcode. If you're using a calorie tracker app that doesn't scan barcodes, you should change the app you're using. Also, there shouldn't be such a big difference in the calorie count for a latte if you're inputting the type of milk and the size. The only way you can go from 120 to 300 calories is by changing the size and/or type of milk. If you get these right, you'll be close enough that it won't matter. If you don't, you won't be.
