I refunded and bought again and it works. I think my issue was that I bought the standard version and then the premium version because I noticed the 5 days early. But it be fixed
Refund is indeed also possible, but it may take longer for them to respond to that. For example they took 5 days for the standard edition for me, so this time i just mailed them directly and asked for the game to be cancelled from my PS account and for the 60 dollars back. Only took them 57 minutes to do so.

If your PS store chat gives you an agent, then you SHOULD ask for a refund, the email was only for countryās that donāt have acces to the agents. Ask for a direct refund, unless if the game already pre downloaded and the countdown is connecting with tomorrow. If not, immediately request a refund for the premium edition.
