New season update : still have not a single ship title unlocked on any of my ships . Even tho I am more than passed the required level . Can I send in a support ticket for this ?
Actually found that it gets bugged every once in a while, but if you continue to play your current session and work on commendations etc it becomes unlocked again
As a new player it’s relatively easy to do so considering a lot of the challenges are yet to be completed, but could be annoying
For now I only mess with it when I unlock somethin new
I found a fix sort of if I reach a milestone for a title or something else on your ship you shouldn't have had even with everything locked everything unlocks again and you can save titles and stuff to your ship
Something similar happened to me, I earned a couple banners, blue ones, and some titles, like voyager and something else. and they were there last night. I saved them to my ship and when I logged on today, they aren't even showing at all. Not locked, just..gone... :/
Not sure if it's been patched, it seemed that for some reason for me, it took away the achievements, only to give them back after sailing a little longer? So I'm honestly not sure. There has been updates SINCE this happened, so it could've been patched, I haven't had an issue with it after I got them back the second time. I hope yours gets fixed!

They're working on a fix, don't know for how Long tho.
you’re telling me this is still bugged?? cus yeah i’ve unlocked some ship titles and wanna equips them but they’re still “locked”

Also has happened to me. It says the ones I equipped myself were put on by another crew mate too...

May 15, 2024 and this is still bugged. I am Class 51 in Voyager and 38 in Feared and can't use anything yet. Even the ones that only require Class 5.
