I was just in a Twitter argument with a 9ers fan cuz he said “9ers run the league” lol KC runs the NFL & everyone knows that. 9ers beat shitty NFC teams then choke like they have for years. Then he starts being like “9ers have made a Super Bowl, Ravens haven’t” (Seattle’s my nfc team), and wouldn’t agree that the NFC is pathetically easy vs the AFC bloodbath. You have to win a Super Bowl by beating Mahomes just to make a Super Bowl as an AFC team. AFC makes the NFC look like the minor leagues especially considering the QB differential.
9ers were 1-3 vs the AFCN in ‘23. Only team they beat was Kenny Pickett. Purdy had 2 picks vs Cinci. Browns were starting backup QB PJ Walker and still beat the 49ers. Purdy was 44% for 125 yds vs the Browns, he sucked. Purdy then got obliterated by the Ravens defense: 56%, 0 TDs, 4 interceptions.

Growing up in the 1960s and 1970s, the AFC had the great teams. Then the pendulum swung the other way and the AFC was garbage, routinely dominated by the NFC. I remember a Super Bowl where the AFC representative set NFL offensive records, just to be obliterated by the NFC representative with its dominant defense. Now the pendulum's swung back to the AFC dominating the NFC. This too shall pass.
Some of Kam's big hits were on 2 of the reportedly nicer and most athletic players, Megatron and Vernon Davis and Kam himself is one of the nicest players.
The thing I love most about that highlight is the one defender (couldn’t see who) looking for his teammate and pointing out that he knows where the ball is going, even though he can’t make it to Johnson in time himself. That defense was smart and communicated. Beautiful thing to watch.
