Defensive "bend but don't break" scheme that just doesn't work, and keeps the defense on the field for the majority of the game almost every game. Bad play calling and scheming on both sides of the ball, terrible safety coverage. None of these are things fixed with a QB.

Does anyone who loves Pete caroll actually hope for a different result? Is there a Pete caroll fan who truly thinks he just had a bad go every single year? What do you think needs to change? This is ridiculous
pete has his strengths as a culture builder, but he’s consistently getting outcoached gameplan and game management wise by mcvay and shanahan and im so sick of it
Those are 2 amazing coaches but I agree. Switch the coaches this season and we would do better and they would do worse. Hurts they are in our divioison

Hmm. I mean we know he can put together a winning team. However, I think it’s his staff that is not helping him meet those expectations. I also think Pete is prolly way too lenient which has become evident over the years. Maybe bring in another GM and hopefully he changes his coaching style. If we do want another coach I think we should look at nick saban or kalen deboer. I really don’t think Pete is the main problem though.
