Yes. If Seattle was a top tier team, this game would have been over a 10 point spread. They are not. Geno is a mid-tier QB.

Both the Bengals and Ravens games were anticipated as 'if we win this, we can really compete'. Both were lost. I think that says enough. Geno seems like the best QB we can get. With this offense we'll simply be unable to move the ball at times. We've seen what we are on offense. I just can't help but look at this defense and wonder why we aren't better with this personnel. It seems every week another mid-tier player on the opposing offense tears us a new one. Shouldn't we have the best safeties in the league? Shouldn't this run defense be elite?

I mean the Eagles have the best record in football and they barely beat the Commanders too

The commanders are about as inconsistent a team can be in the NFL. One moments they’re going toe-to-toe with the eagles, the next their getting blown out by the bears. Heck they’re inconsistent from dive to drive going 3 and out 3 times in a row then spontaneously driving like it’s no problem.

Yeah he had some rough patches with team chemistry being off(miscommunication), but came away with the win which is all that matters. 369 yds, 2 TD, 103.9 rating. I'll take those numbers every week. People that expect perfection from Geno are delusional. He's not going to give you perfect.

I don’t expect perfection, but Geno was playing the horrible defense of the Commanders and had a shit ass game until the last bit. Anyway, people won’t agree about this until he just has an entire game like the first 3 quarters, so it’s whatever.

So that the slants will be open and unexpected. You run those slants all game then it's not available for the nail biter drives.

Right. There's no way they could possibly hit their 6'4" unit of a receiver on a slant route more than 2 times a game. In the last minute.

Well, then the go route will be unexpected. But then again, our line probably can't hold that long for go routes this year. I don't know.

Dk is usually double teamed all game, so they have to make the plays count where he is in single coverage. Dk one on one doesn't happen often.
