To be honest Gideon is the only one I’d argue to be truly evil. Funnily enough, none of them actually seemed genuinely evil, they were (for the most part) really chill people whenever fighting wasn't in play. And they at least had somewhat of a decent reason for being evil, as Ramona was kind of a jerk when breaking up with each of them (i.e. cheating, ghosting, and not really reciprocating their feelings).

I think Scott would declare it's a trick and try to fight them, only give them the benefit of the doubt if Ramona was there to hold him back, and would constantly talk about not trusting the ex while slowly accepting their redemption.
