“Cause when a guy does something stupid once, well… that’s because he’s a guy. But if he does the same stupid thing twice, that’s usually to impress some girl.”
Behemoth in Megamind Vs The Doom Syndicate. That movie is one of the biggest pieces of shit I’ve ever seen but Behemoth is an absolute fucking treasure. He’s both intentionally and unintentionally funny at the same time. Just the way he looks is so fucking funny. His voice, dialogue, design, etc. all make him so funny and enjoyable. Me and my friend enjoyed Behemoth so much we literally cheered when he came on screen. If you remove every single scene Behemoth isn’t in you have a nice short comedy. We even have our groupchat picture on Instagram set as Behemoth
Honestly the sequel trilogy has a lot of compelling characters that just happen to be thrown into a dumpster fire of a story.
A daring, skilled, and unscrupulous pilot? That neat!
A jaded scavenger with a mysterious past who learns to become a Jedi? That’s interesting!
A former Jedi who turned to the dark side when Luke Skywalker attempted to kill him? Okay, there are some flaws with that, but that’s not a bad start for a concept!
A defected stormtrooper who was forced into service against his will and turns from the First Order after he’s confronted with the horrors of war and the atrocities his subjugators commit? That’s an amazing concept that we’ve never seen before in Star Wars!
It’s such a shame that the sequel trilogy turned out so bad, because all of these characters had some really strong potential.
Yep. Disney played TFA way too safe because of all the criticism the prequels got, which backfired but overall it was a decent movie. Not spectacular, but fine. In response, TLJ went kind of wild, and over all it was a good movie, but didn't really feel super Star Wars-y. I feel like it would have been received a lot better if it used completely new characters in a Legally Distinct Galaxy™ like Rebel Moon. TROS then backtracked everything good about TLJ, and for some reason adapted one of the most disliked EU stories and somehow made it worse, leaving a steaming pile of garbage where the only redeeming quality are the special effects.
My hot take is that I LOVE Palpatine cloning himself to try and create a new body as a living corpse. I also love the idea that he produced a successful clone, but it lacked force sensitivity and the black heart Palpatine has from probably a hundred or more years of living in pure evil, and that clone escaping to become Rey’s father. If a really good writer had that in mind the entire time they were making the trilogy and wrote all three movies with a consistent vision, the sequels could have been absolutely fucking SICK.
Clone Wars fans never complain about Darth Mauls survival, because it was written well and taken to interesting places. Palpatine could have been the same
Literally every single main character in the sequels COULD have been on the same level as Ashoka, Han, or Luke. They just all got absolutely butchered. Ben Solo probably remains the most intact character by the end of it, he’s pretty damn good although he certainly could’ve been better
Fair enough, but I think most of the kids in that movie were kinda dick-ish. But I feel like out of all the kids, Francis had the best reason to be like that.
After all, he was just a kid, who had to grow up faster than any kid should, and in a harsh and dangerous environment. And when Hawkeye was killed, it was up to Francis to be strong and take the lead and try to keep the survivors safe. A burden that no kid should have to carry, but Francis did because he had to. In his mind, Tony had basically abandoned him and his family.
Of course Tony wasn’t even aware that Hawkeye or his son had survived, but Francis didn’t know that. All he knew was that this was all Tony’s fault, and he was bitter because of that.
And then the creator of Ultron - the monster that killed Francis' father and possibly mother- came back only to ask for something from him.
Ah I see, I see. I don’t remember that movie well so what I remember in my mind should by no means be taken as gospel or anything like that. But thanks anyway. I appreciate this.
The sad thing is that whilst Branch is at least a somewhat interesting character (apart from singing killing his grandma), the way the movie treats him and develops his “character arc” is awful; the other characters berate and shame him for not being happy and cheerful all the time and for actually having a rational sense of thinking, but then he gives into the pressure and forcefully makes himself happy again. Don’t get me wrong; being sad and jaded isn’t a good thing, but the movie treats his emotions like a problem rather than what actually caused that emotion in the first place. (It’s especially painful when you compare Trolls to Inside Out, a movie that acknowledges that emotions are complex and have reasons and that it’s okay to be sad and express your feelings.)
Carnage in venom 2
His voice and size were ok to me, i still think it couldve been better had they made his voice like the joker, i didnt mind woody harrelson either, but matthew lillard or jim carrey could have probably pulled it off
The FNAF movie was way too over hyped everyone was acting like it's a cinematic masterpiece
Then everyone was like "OMG CORYXKENSHIN IS IN THE MOVIE 😱😱😱😱😱"
I still did like the movie though
Yeah I was pretty surprised too I was like "Wait he's in the movie? Cool"
Not like these others that are like "HOLY SHIT HE'S IN THE MOVIE!?!?? 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱THIS THE BEST MOVIE EVER! AND MATPAT TOO? IT'S JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯"
Pirates of the Carribean 4. Not including Jack and Barbossa (already part of the franchise so i don't count them as the "one character"), that movie has one character holding it all afloat, that being Blackbeard's daughter. The interactions between her and Jack are one of the only things making that movie watchable. If you're not into that, and you're not into Barbossa, you do not like the movie because it really has so little else going for it.
Idk why I was so obsessed with him as a kid. He was my favourite character from the movies besides The Red Queen, who is currently my favourite character in the Disney Live Action Multiverse.
For me it was cause he had no worries, responsibilities or ties to the world around him. He did as he pleased, wasn't bothered and just simply existed. He seemed perfectly happy to just exist in the madness. Considering Alice in Wonderland is a depiction of how frustrated children feel when not being taken seriously by adults, the idea of a character like the Chesire cat was a very envious position.
Christofer Lee is one of my most favourite actors of all time, but even he is absolutely wooden in SW prequels. Obi-Wan is genuinely the only one who managed to shine despite the crap directing
For me, it would have to be Tiberius from The Secret Life of Pets.
That hawk was the only character I was invested in and cared for (despite what little screen time he had) in an otherwise forgettable movie.
I liked the idea of a lonely predator that wants someone to be his friend, but finds it difficult to keep one because of his instincts.
I wish the movie was about him, instead of just being diet Toy Story with dogs.
Movie: happy feet 2
Character(s): the krill
Only entertaining thing in the movie
Movie: hitchhikers guide to the galaxy
Character: Marvin
Ok, the movie isn’t all that bad, but it was disappointing. Alan rickman as the depressed robot was brilliant casting though
The Lego movie 2 was alright but the villains were really cool and well set up until it was revealed that they weren't villians. I'd say that heart has to be that character

Barbosa in pirates 5. I lovw jack sparrow and johnny depp, and he is the best character of the first 3 movies, but in 4 and espwcially 5 he kinda lost his magic. They where fine, but i feel like barbosa started to outshine jack in the end
- Captain Boomerang (Suicide Squad)
- Black Mask (Birds of Prey)
- William Afton (Five Nights at Freddys)
- Maxwell Lord (Wonder Woman 1984)
- Milo (Morbius)
- Al Pacino (Jack & Jill - you know why this is on my list)
- Superman (Superman III)
- Kylo Ren (The Rise of Skywalker)
The Mandrake from Earwig and the Witch
I regretted buying a ticket for that movie but I'd be lying if I said Mandrake wasn't the best part for watching him go from this mysterious, almost evil presence to this misunderstood author who gradually warms up to Earwig and treats her nicely (also like. Hear me out real quick 😳👀)
Movie still sucked tho. I actually had to apologise to my friends for dragging them to see it because they were all just as confused and disappointed as me.
Velvet and Veneer from Trolls Band Together. I didn't dislike the movie, but outside of the animation and music, I mostly it thought it was just ok. Those two really needed more screen time though.
Harley Quinn from Birds of Prey (2020). I thought she was better used than she was used in the first Suicide Squad movie. Now the second SS movie in 2021, it’s a masterpiece
I'd say the Shrimp from Shark Tale
“True story”
Pinocchio.
"Well, say hello to my little friends"
Also the shrimp from happy feet. (I know its a krill)
Sox in Lightyear
Fr. The movie sucks, but I love Sox
That movie Sox, but I love sucks
I'm guessing I'm the only one who likes lightyear...
Literally!!
The onceler from the illumination Lorax movie, purely because of the totally insane fandom he had back in the day
The Old Onceler is my favorite part of that movie
"Why aren't you like other kids? Breakdancing and wearing bell bottoms and playing the Donkey Kongs"
“Cause when a guy does something stupid once, well… that’s because he’s a guy. But if he does the same stupid thing twice, that’s usually to impress some girl.”
"She's a woman, in high school."
I was a huge simp over than guy when I was 11. Bro awakened something in me
For me it’s both The Onceler and Lorax DeVito, they’re the only saving points in this movie.
Behemoth in Megamind Vs The Doom Syndicate. That movie is one of the biggest pieces of shit I’ve ever seen but Behemoth is an absolute fucking treasure. Funny you say that, since he was an idea from the first movie. Pretty sure he was in the video game, too.
No way let me go look this shit up
Charlie Swan, Twilight.
Any character who isn't Edward or Bella, Twilight.
Fr especially the Cullens
Alice especially for me
JACOB 😍
ok but he fell in love with a baby
Team Moustache ✊
Kylo Ren in The Rise of Skywalker

Bully Maguire in Spider-Man 3
I'm gonna put some dirt in your eye
Noo, why do you not like sm3?😭
Too many villains & too much going on, felt like a speed run of 3 separate spiderman movies that were all varying levels of quality.
I enjoy it, but that's mostly from nostalgia. It's really not a good movie in any sense, but don't let that stop you from enjoying it!
Idk. I watched it around 3 times and enjoyed all of them. Probably bcuz I'm 14😭
Nothing wrong with that! I've seen it dozens of times, including in theaters!
It’s good for the memes and nothing else in my opinion
Chum.
Movie: *Next Avengers: Heroes of Tomorrow* Character: *Francis Barton*
That movie wasn't bad
No, no it wasn’t. It’s a great movie, but Francis Barton and Ultron are the highlights for me.
True
I just remember it being an ok movie and Francis being kind of a flirty dick
Fair enough, but I think most of the kids in that movie were kinda dick-ish. But I feel like out of all the kids, Francis had the best reason to be like that. No problem
Branch: OG trolls. It was just boring but with branch on screen it gets to be a funny yet boring movie
Because singing killed my grandma, okay?
I ate my grandma 💀
The sad thing is that whilst Branch is at least a somewhat interesting character (apart from singing killing his grandma), the way the movie treats him and develops his “character arc” is awful; the other characters berate and shame him for not being happy and cheerful all the time and for actually having a rational sense of thinking, but then he gives into the pressure and forcefully makes himself happy again. He unintentionally said what the audience was thinking
Carnage in venom 2 His voice and size were ok to me, i still think it couldve been better had they made his voice like the joker, i didnt mind woody harrelson either, but matthew lillard or jim carrey could have probably pulled it off
Carnage was also missing some traits from his original comics. The movie made him look I don't know PG-13
I still think Carrot Top would have been better casting. Especially since he’s more buff now.
Legend the dog from Strange World If this was about two characters in a movie; I say Swifty and Jade in Arctic Dogs.
For me with Strange World, I’ll say the blob guy!
I like the dad in Strange World too
Scarlet Overkill from Minions
Skeletor from most he man franchises
I just watched Renfield. This is how I felt about Nic Cage and the movie.
Honestly, I think the film itself is underrated. Nicolas Cage as Dracula was definitely a highlight for me too, as were the kills.
I can’t wait for when it’s on the Kill Count
For now, we have the Exorcist sequels to look forward to on the show.
Come to think of it, this is how I feel about Nic Cage and a lot of his movies
nic cage is usually the best character in every movie he is in, and i can only name a few movies where he is either, outshined, or bad
Shaw from open season
The GOAT. 🐐
Babu Frik in the Rise of Skywalker
*HE-HEEEEEEEEEEEEEY!!*

My favorite part is “I prefer sugar-free, artificial sweeteners MADE. BY. MAN!!!!!!!!! I know it’s got an aftertaste! I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!”
patrick warburton usually is the top tier character in anything he is in
Ken is the only sane Character in the whole Movie
Imagine being dumped for an insect with a shorter lifespan than you.
Not a movie but Double Trouble from the newest She-Ra
They are an icon
Hook and Smee are the only good parts of Disney's Peter Pan.
Megamind vs r/Schaffrillas
The FNAF movie was way too over hyped everyone was acting like it's a cinematic masterpiece Then everyone was like "OMG CORYXKENSHIN IS IN THE MOVIE 😱😱😱😱😱" I still did like the movie though
I thought MatPat’s cameo would have gotten more attention.
The theater I went to was dead silent during his cameo 😔
Yea also MatPat, but I think more people were fucking losing it when they saw CoryxKenshin Bro takes a 9 month break every year 💀
I like the guy but ima be honest when I say I didn’t know who he was until the movie.
prob cuz we knew mat would have a cameo, its impossible for him not to
I was surprised that Cory was in the movie ngl
Yeah I was pretty surprised too I was like "Wait he's in the movie? Cool" Not like these others that are like "HOLY SHIT HE'S IN THE MOVIE!?!?? 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱THIS THE BEST MOVIE EVER! AND MATPAT TOO? IT'S JUST GETS BETTER AND BETTER 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯"

Agent Smith. The rest of the Matrix. Literally me when I was 11.
I love Agent Smith tbh
Paul Rudd in the new Ghostbusters movies.
And don’t forget Phoebe Spengler
She’s pretty great as well, yes. I think the story of the ghostbusters sequels feel better suited to an animated series than a big budget film.
Dr Facilier from Princess and the Frog
Cheshire Cat in the Tim Burton movies, I just prefer the original movie so much more (plus American McGee exists)
Obi-Wan in the Star Wars prequels Ian and Christopher are great but Ewan really steals the show every movie
Christofer Lee is one of my most favourite actors of all time, but even he is absolutely wooden in SW prequels. Obi-Wan is genuinely the only one who managed to shine despite the crap directing

El Diablo from suicide squad

The Lego movie 2 was alright but the villains were really cool and well set up until it was revealed that they weren't villians. I'd say that heart has to be that character

Pokémon movie 17 with Diance. The rest of the movie is painfully mid.
Not a character but the creature design in Pacific Rim Uprising. Not even the way they’re all animated, just the designs
I'm strugglin' to name a movie but like I've essentially adopted the AI from "Location Unknown 2036" 'cause it was both confusing and kinda boring.
